Our new home is absolutely beautiful, and just the way we wanted. Through every step, from planning to handing off the keys, Kayla and Chad made sure that we were satisfied, and even went the extra mile by answering our concerns when they were not in the office. The attention to detail on Chad's part during the build was extraordinary, while Kayla's attention to our design ideas helped us build our dream home. Kayla and Chad were integral to the success of this build, and we would definitely recommend them to our closest friends.

Very pleased with our experience building our house with America's Home Place. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Very high quality materials were used all throughout our house. Chad did a very good job keeping the house build under budget. He also finished earlier than projected.

I have been dealing with America’s Home Place for many years. It has been my pleasure to recommend them to my friends and family for their housing needs. I have witnessed many potential homeowners sitting with the company representatives going over every detail of 5he building process. Every i dotted and every t crossed to eliminate any confusion or misunderstanding. I enjoy my daily visits with the company, often walking in on bible studies, planning sessions for community events, or conversations about how the company is trying to help a family in need. I am sure anyone dealing with AHP would have a awesome experience for any need they may have.

From the beginning, we absolutely loved the team we were working with. Kayla stood out to us in a special way. She held or hand through every decision we made. She even kept us in the loop ( even the small things) through the process. We loved our other team members so much!! I highly recommend Americas home place in Gainesville and working with Kayla and her other associates.

Currently building with this Company. So far it has been a wonderful experience. Even with minor hiccups they were very quick to jump and fix any little problem we have. Thanks to some wonderful folks they've made a stressful experience much more pleasurable and exciting. I couldn't ask for a better group of folks. I enjoy the atmosphere every time I come in. Makes me wish I could work with them sometimes! But all around an absolutely wonderful company to build your new home with!

These builders have been the best. We consulted with them MANY times and they were very patient with us throughout the planning phase. (thank you Brad and Kayla) Our property was unique and they worked with us to make it come together. Their systems are well organized and involvement with them during the build was pleasurable. It was most important to us also -when we heard their own contractors explain how long they had worked within America's Home Place and how much they do for them. I had always heard to "hold on and expect trouble when you build". However, these folks made those fears disappear. It comes down to integrity and a history with these folks. They say what they mean and mean what they say. They carry through and do what they promise. Our Superintendant Chad Coxville was very good! Kudos to them. You all should not hesitate to use this wonderful home builder. We feel very lucky to have had them right here in Gainesvill! Thank you A H P !!

** Update March 30 2017 **
Our new home is complete and AHP Gainesville delivered a stunning new home for us, and they did it under budget !! After experiencing the entire building process with the Gainesville office my feelings have only gotten better for the experience. The entire team delivered, but Danny Dixon and Kayla Vickery really go above and beyond to deliver for the customer.
The subs are really top notch, and the end product is quality.
We are looking forward to the chance to use them again when our daughters house is built.

This was the third custom home builder we talked to or visited ab out a building a new home. They seemed to be the best fit for us.
From the time I walked into the office AHP focused on what my wife and I wanted. We never felt pressured. They explained the process and provided a lot of detail, including local resources to help with the project if we needed them. They had a large selection of home plans in a wide price range for us to look at as a starting point. We chose to customize one of their plans and really like the result. They did a really great job to make sure we meet our budget figure. Working with the staff has been a great experience Brad and John made sure we had the house we wanted and Kayla and Danny are extraordinary at making it all happen.

We love our new home. We moved into our new house 3 weeks before Christmas. Now 4 months later we are just as happy as we were when we got the keys. The house was built on time and under budget. Staff at AHP did everything they could to make the building process as stress free as possible. The county inspector even said he was going to recommend AHP to some of his family because AHP homes were so well built. I would go this route again if we ever need to build another home. It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

We can't say enough nice things about America's home place! The staff were always so friendly & eager to help. They made sure we were happy with the plans and didn't pressure us to do/buy something we didn't want to need. I would recommend the. To anyone who wants to build their dream home!
