Robert and the service department out at Wall to Wall are knowledgeable and prompt with their work. Very timely and will do everything they can do to get you back on your atv/bike in a timely manner and very reasonable on the financial side compared to some of the big named dealers down towards Winston Salem that charge $95.00 an hr. Thanks again for the prompt and great work.

Took my CBR 1000 to them for service, some plastic replacement, and minor damages after someone pushed it over in a parking lot. After screwing over my insurance company and me to the tune of more than $2,000.00, they put two different color plastics on that don't match or sign up. Replaced the clutch handle with one that doesn't match my brake. Did not repair the oil leaking from the front struts. Brake fluid was very low - never checked. And I would be surprised if they even changed the oil and filter. My son picked up my bike for me and didn't look it over good while I was out of town. They had it for over a month and gave him some B/S excuse why they did what they did. They refused to make it right.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO AS PROMISED. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Wish I could post pictures. Pictures don't lie and neither do I.
