I decided to try this office for a simple well puppy check for its flight to its new ownerThe staff at the desk were pleasant, however, after being ushered into a room, it took forever to see a 'vet' (although the office was not 'busy_-- Finally someone arrived, checked the puppy, and then handed me a PRE made bill with three separate charges that had nothing to do with my dog. One was for a pricey Flea Treatment, worm treatment (already done by me) and yet another.
The idea being if you walk into this office, you are set up to be loaded with a bill that lists thing they hope to make even more money on just because you walked in the door..
I found this to be so ridiculous I will never go back to this office. Having a nice looking building, evidently costs to much, they are padding every single bill before you even get there. It would have been $128.00 compared to the $ 50.00 something I actually owedWOW
I have 2 bichons, Brutus and Titan. back in June, right after Brutus turn 1, he got really sick. Long story short, thanks to Dr. Waknitz and his staff for saving my Brutus. he was diagnosed with Addison's, which is very rare for a 1 yr old to get. The people at this clinic truly care about the patient and their owners. I also like the fact the community outreach they do. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone because they truly do care.
Our dog Misty needed emergency help on Saturday June 1,2013. Being new to the area and not knowing an veterinary clinic we stated calling clinics. No one was open or would help, after 5 or 6 calls calls, and getting no where, called Olympic Veterinary Clinic. Got the emergency # It was Dr. Waknitz bike riding in Joyce. Said he would meet us at the clinic in an hour. He was wonderful. I can't say enough she had to stay overnight. He called us and let us know how she was doing. He was very caring and attentive, not in any hurry. We felt she was in very good hands. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you Dr.Waknitz. Jack and Susan Cole and Misty too..
