This place has been amazing form start to finish. Dr. Alexis put our dog Buddy (17) down and was an amazing person and was so understanding and just made the process so much easier for our family. She put our minds at ease about all of our questions and we are so thankful for that. She made a beautiful clay paw print of our best boy that we are going to treasure forever. They said it was going to take 10 days to get the ashes ready for us but it only took 6. We are so thankful we found this place and so happy that they took such great care of our best friend. Way better alternative than the Veterinarian.

I am not one to write reviews but this place has touched our Hearts with the wonderful service they provide. Dr Gupta was sent to help us put my best buddy (for the last 13yrs) down. He couldn't have been more compassionate, patient, and kind. You could tell he genuinely felt what we were going through and did not rush the process at all. He made sure it was on our time, and he was just there to help. Nobody ever wants to say goodbye to their loved ones, but this was so peaceful and gentle right in our own home that I will never use anyone else and will request Dr Gupta if he is still around! Thank you Home to Heaven!

We had to put our awesome cat, Parker, to sleep recently. He got really sick over the course of a weekend when he had been diagnosed with cancer, and by sunday night we knew it was time. We called Monday morning.

Parker didn't travel well, so we decided an in-home service would be the best option, and I'm so glad we decided to go that route. We were able to call and get a same-day appointment early in the morning.

Dr. Gupta showed up exactly on time, and was very compassionate and caring through the process. He explained everything and gave us plenty of time to grieve---- He knew just when to excuse himself to allow us time to ourselves, and was patient and respectful during the entire process. We really appreciated everything Home to Heaven does.

I can't recommend their services enough, and would highly recommend the in-home services when you have to go through the process.

I felt as if they cared for our Liily May as if she was their own beloved pet. One of the carers there told me the best thing, that has helped me immensely over these terribly sad days. He said , "You will either let her go too soon, or too late. There is no perfect time." We decided to say goodbye early, so that she never had to truly hurt or suffer. I would rather hurt every day the rest of my life missing her, than know I let her hurt even one day. Thank you to all. I tell everyone I know how wonderful you have been.

Such a professional service. Timely, compassionate, respectful, and perhaps most importantly the doctor performing the task was so skilled. She turned a painful experience into one that was incredibly peaceful.
