They are not always good option. Once I bought a pigtail connector and it cost me $15 which was good deal as new one was $80. Next time i went for brake light, they told me it will cost me $45 while new one after market is already available for $45.
If I could 0 stars I would. Very rude staff. I had a vehicle to sell them and for 3 days I talked to them asking what all I needed in terms of title and paperwork. My father and I with the help do our mechanic got all of the paperwork together and called them again and they were all of a sudden not interested. They gave no apology. I got different answers from different people. And they just flat out wasted my time. Great business plan having possibly the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to answering phone calls.
Wagner's had exactly what I needed and the best part is that all I had to do is call and ask. They have a great database with parts and prices of everything they have on the lot.
I was behind on my inspection because the Hyundai dealership was well or if my price range for a taillight. The lights worked but the red cover had a small crack in it. Wagner's was a life saver.
As others have said, do not turn into the industrial park like Google Maps tells you to, just drive a bit further and you'll see the entrance.
Id gladly drive the 28 min than to go to one of the Raleigh locations .wont put them on blast tho.changing prices on poole rd
Wagners very good yes
I don't think one ever really "plans" to be in a near fatal car accident. But at 3am, my car hit something, causing it to veer off the road, rolling off the embankment of Hwy 147, into the deep forest, eventually landing on top of a Duke Energy high voltage power box, I would say that there were definitely Powers from Above that allowed me to walk away from this accident, with minor cuts and bruises. When I called the Highway Patrol the next day to try to locate my vehicle, they gave me the the name of Wagner's Auto Salvage (Family Owned and Operated). I was connected with Kevin- who not only showed great compassion and poise in handling my situation- but he also went above and beyond what I ever would have expected in a situation such as this. He gave me his personal cell, and asked me to call him in an hour. He was going to make a special trip to the site, and see if he could pry open my glove box and obtain my registration (so I wouldn't have to see the wreckage). I did call him in an hour, and he did actually locate most of the documents. I eventually decided to go and see my car anyway- just because I wanted to see what it looked like, plus there were a few items I didn't mention (like glasses and a garage door opener), I wanted to see if they were still there.
Anyhow, Kevin repeatedly told me how thankful he was- that I was okay and not more seriously injured. He encouraged me to call him at any time-
and he would be more than happy to obtain my personal items from the vehicle. He was so amazingly caring and concerned for me. He also was reassuring- (I was in a bit of a daze when I called him, in shock, so to speak), and he kept reassuring me that he had my car, and I would be able to get everything inside. Also, he laid out- simply and perfectly- all the documents I would need in order to get my personal items from the car (since the title is my Father's-
there are a bunch of NC written rules that dictate what you need to bring in order to have access to the vehicle). He did everything possible so I wouldn't have to relive the tragedy twice- by making repeated trips to the car, that is now nothing but a shell of memories. I really don't know how to thank him enough- but I can definitely recommend Wagner Auto Salvage.
From the time I walked in, to the time I left, they ENTIRE crew was professional, quick, and caring. The cashier (I didn't have to pay a diime, but I did have to show my paperwork to a cashier who was also very kind and caring- she also was just happy I was okay. She processed my request in less than five minutes, and radio'ed Kevin to meet me at the vehicle site- I would say the whole transaction took a total of ten minutes, which is unbelievable. Not only was I able to obtain all of my personals (well, they were all either melted or had water damage, but at least I was able to get them), and the whole endeavor was quick and easy. On top of it all, Kevin offered to take off my license plate and hand it to me- something I totally blanked on (but definitely need when I go to the DMV). Honestly, I cannot thank him enough. When you are experiencing a horrible time in your life, these folks just know how to make it less painful. I'm really indebted to them- and I cannot recommend them enough. They truly provided excellent service at one of the most tragic times of my life.
I visited them to purchase some used wheels for a Honda Civic. They are professional and have a good inventory system. They pull the part while you wait. I didn't like the no returns only credit policy (the only way around it is by selling your credit to someone else). They were extra helpful in loaning me an extra wheel when one wasn't true.
Very organized and on the ball. Beware Google driving puts you in industrial park. It is on Alston.
Had what I needed and fast. Good price.
