I waited 6+ months for an appointment with this clinic. My alarm did not go off and this is no reason to miss an appointment. However, it is also no excuse to be able to schedule patients 6 months after they say they need help. Then push them back 6 more months. Thats a year with no solution and no treatment. I needed them to verify if I had the butterfly rash that you get from Lyme Disease. This is not some disease to put off or play around with. I have been dealing with an auto-immune diagnosis, but the diagnosis doesn't seem right. Thanks for helping me with that duke Not! Now I have to continue to worry and hope for a closer appointment with a "less skilled" clinic. However, they do have the skill of getting people in for an appointment at a reasonable time. All clinics see patients as dollar signs But you guys like to milk them as much as possible amd drag things out to worsen situations and incur more money. I will never go to anything duke related again ever. I intend to end my patient relationship with the Duke Neurology Clinic as well because they won't even entertain the possibility of anything other than myasthenia gravis. Don't f**** with peoples health! Sick monsters.
The availability is dreadful and you should never pursue an appointment with these people unless you know your condition isn't life threatening and you know you can wait half a year.response / report this review -
