Excellent for kids and adults! Beautiful building and very friendly staff. Strong shop all priced to move. Carolina skies demands multiple trips. Feel like your like life is out of sorts? Watch sky at night and realize how tiny you are and how many other worlds other than Earth exist. Puts it in perspective every time. Easy parking at only a couple of bucks. I donate every time to this great institution. Fun off site events too.

We lobed it! The room was spacious and visiting on a Saturday morning over the Summer was not over crowded. The line to enter the theater seems a bit in the wrong area as there are shoppers in the gift shop and tourists on the way to the museum area; the like is in the way or doesn't have enough room to stand before the doors open for seating. Nice variety of goods in the gift shop, affordable. Informative displays in the museum area. The show is creative and not top long for a child but long enough to get your money a worth. My 5year old and I say The Magic Treehouse.

I took my 11 and 13 yr old to the Science Live show "Physics". They were complaining they didn't want to go, but I forced them anyway. This is a free program. I can say that it was so fun and amazing, they both LOVED it and want to show! The presenting scientist was very nice and knowledgable in his area.

We saw the Carolina Skies show, which isn't a movie, but a live, narrated tour of the sky visible that night plus a tour of our galaxy and beyond. The theater was freezing cold, which felt nice at first, but bring a sweater

Five Stars. Small but nice planetarium.

Although, Is it bad for a planetarium to only have five stars? Shouldn't a planetarium have 100 billion stars? =)

Took my family here on a Saturday and it was quite amazing. It was a little crowded but the kids had fun interacting with the other kids. They had a bunch of activities available for all of us. It felt good for my family to actually enjoy each others company and not their phones, or computer. Will probably get an annual membership. Would suggest to any science lover.
