Every time I am shopping at Tanger Outlets in Mebane, (my hometown), is wonderful. I regularly go to the Service Center to get gift cards and I cannot tell you how friendly, helpful and ready to assist you. Even if you are asking information, the service center is there to help you and always friendly. Our Tanger is always clean and welcoming! Come visit us! Our Tanger Outlet is AWESOME!!!!! Friendly folks!

I was so glad when they built this outlet mall and it hasn't disappointed me yet! A good variety of stores with something for pretty much everyone. Pretty good hours too, and it's almost entirely covered so you can go there on a rainy day. Lots of parking too.

Tanger outlets offers an amazing shopping experience without the inconveniences of the mall. My husband and I visited the outlet to purchase gifts for our teenage daughters. Although it was extremely crowded, it wasn't overwhelming. The stores offer good prices and appeared well stocked. There are plenty of brands to choose from.

There are not a lot of places to eat. We were hungry and ended up eating at the pizza spot, Mario's.

I'm going to do separate reviews for each store, but overall this is a great place to get some affordable shopping done. See the pictures below for stores that will be reviewed.

This is a great place . Every thanksgiving we like to go for shopping here. But this thanksgiving we had a really bad experience at Tommy Hilfiger as I wanted to nurse my baby, I asked one of the female staff there for trial room, so she told me to go to restroom as here is a long line for trialinstead of telling me any feeding room available there, I know that it is very crowded there but she can at least ask the people if they mind if she allows me to go in empty trial room for feeding . That was really disappointing but then I went to J. Crew shop where I did shopping before and ask staff help, they allowed me to go to trial room and feed my baby. That was amazing job J. Crew, we appreciate your support in that busy day.

Always a great place to shop. Tanger in Mebane has great stores that offer great merchandise for awesome prices. Tanger also has good places to eat a quick meal or grab a pretzel from Auntie Ann's!

Great selection of stores and good pricing. Every store seems to have a buy one get one option, so you spend a little more but get great value. Not that many food options, but that burger joint was spot on.

Had great experiences at Mario's Pizza, Sketchers, & Converse stores.

I wish there were larger signs on areas, such as something indicating in a larger area, besides the stores having their store # on it, like a "800's" block, a "200's" block so if you know what the store is you are looking for, you know you are in at least the right area.

For example, Sketchers store is 240, if they had up information, sort of what is printed like on street signs showing where you are so you can figure it out easier, you would know you were in the right area or turn around & get easily back on track.

Mario's Pizza was a particular highlight, I would love to get my hands on their bread they use for Philly Cheese steak.
Good food, nice service.

Converse store was nice, I was taking pictures of hats for my husband who could not come down to choose one for purchase.

I was not treated like a whacky idiot for the "virtual" shopping trip.

Small and quaint outlet. Enough stores to be worthwhile. All the sales personnel I have dealt have been exceedingly friendly and helpful. Good buys - terrific place!

Tanger Outlets is great. It just gets way too crowded for me. However, I went as soon as they opened and it wasn't so bad. The only two stores I went to were Express and Talbots. I was looking for something very specific for an occasion. Lucky for me I received the BEST customer service at both of these establishments that I didn't need to go any further.

Went to coach store nothing was marked down to 50% off, the price was jacked over retail then they crossed it out 50% which brought it down to retail. I know this cause I Secret shop places like factory outlets malls all the time to see if they are price gouging customers Or giving them good discounts most of the shops here were doing this. I can't believe that you call this place a outlet mall and you allow the stores to do this. I just shopped a coach store in Florida bought the same coach back for 90.00 after 50% of lowest mark down price where tour bag was still 200.00 after 50% off of lowest mark down price.. Consumers "PLEASE" do your home work before you buy otherwise your going to get stiffed will a full priced bag I give this outlet mall an "F" for failure no wonder the place looks like a ghost town..

BUYER"S BEWARE!!! I always enjoyed shopping at Tanger Outlet. On my most recent trip I needed to make returns to Coach, Chico's, and Ann Taylor Factory Outlet. I had receipts for everything. I tried to get a credit from coach for a bag I bought 45 days ago. I didn't want my money back. They told me that the policy doesn't allow for return OR credit because it was past the alloted time allowed for returns. Same with Chico's. At the Ann Taylor Factory even though I had my receipt, because of the time frame of when I bought it they could only credit me at the Sale Price. I'm not one to make frequent returns and I don't live around the corner. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at these stores anymore. It's a shame.

This is a pretty big, fairly upscale outlet mall with a good variety of stores. There are some good deals if you take your time to find them. They have a Lucky Jeans outlet that I particularly like, and a couple kitchen gadget tie stores that are fun, too. Parking is fairly easy, and it is right off the highway so yes easy to get in and out of.

Its a nice place. Great stores. It has some great deals and some not so good. Has some stores not found anywhere else. No real food court but has vending machines for snacks and drinks coke products only. Down side on that one. If looking for Pepsi then go to gas station across the way.

Tanger itself gives lots of great benefits to shoppers; yesterday through our app we got a free $10 gift card because it was Earth Day!
The employees of the stores are incredibly nice and helpful. My husband bought three pairs of shoes at Johnston and Murphy, and while he was shopping one of the employees came out to play with my dog and give him a couple of treats while we were waiting. Similar experiences at all the places we went. We love doing our shopping at Tanger.
