Couldn't find this place, directions brought me to a snetchy abandoned warehouse. I hope you have better luck finding this place.
Horrible service and horrible net handling. They will only talk to you if you pay them and you can only have '5' pages on a free account. You used to be able to have 10. You can no longer talk to staff directly unless you pay for a membership, if you email them you have to wait up to 3-4 days for a reply or whenever they feel like it. When trying to downgrade your account you are unable to because their site doesn't have an option.
GREAT STAFF! Enormous selection of yarns, needles, hooks, etc. I have taken several classes in crochet knitting and spinning they have helped me perfect my craft(s). I never dreamed I'd be at this level and could not have been without those who work and teach there! Before I discovered Webs I knitted scarves, now I do things like the skirt pictured here!
Yarn mecca! The front of the store had a very nicely curated selection of yarn, tools, books, and buttons. The back warehouse is packed with bargains. They offer a great selection of classes on a variety of topics. And you can't beat the automatic discounts!
The best.yarn store ever. Make it a date or plan a day trip. Leave your self plenty of time. The back rooms are my favorite where all the discount Yarn is. Staff superb helpful and friendly. Barbara helped me and my daughter to find the perfect yet affordable yarn for our next projects.
Went to buy multiple skenes of yarn at a reasonable price. Webs has absolutely everything. It is easy to shop with an open layout and excellent lightning.
Poor customer service and questionable policies. Employees were far from helpful. Although I cannot deny their yarn selection is great, be wary signing up for classes.
I much prefer Northampton Wools.
Great selection of yarn and accessories. Very helpful staff and good prices. Easy parking.
Amazing, but not for a novice, or even an experienced knitter/crocheter who has grown accustomed to shopping at Joann fabrics or Micheals. This store is for hardcore knitters/crocheters! I consider my self close to an advanced crocheter, but this store was above my level. The amount and variety of yarns is overwhelming! Prices where expensive, but you could tell it was a higher quality than what I'd been used to seeing.
Most everything you need to fuel your fiber creativity- books, yarns, and equipment. Ve4y helpful staff.
Yarn Heaven. A really long way from MacColl YMCA in Lincoln, RI. Don't see a bike rack & cannot comment on ease of reaching by public transit in that area. Easy to reach from the highway, although a bit hard to notice from a car in normal traffic. You have to know where it is to find it. I clicked YES to "good for quick shopping trips". A quick trip is if you know precisely what you need and are immune to yarn temptation. If you REALLY want to enjoy this place then clear your calendar, take the trip, and shop leisurely.
They have a warehouse with lots of gorgeous discounted yarn. The selection changes over time. The colors today were much better than when we came last year. (Hence the 4 stars. I would do 4.5 if I could.) The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
This is a review as the partner of a crazy knitter. We got everything here in one store that she wanted. The prices were good. The best part is that since they have a huge inventory, they probably have everything you, or someone needs.
Huge selection of yarn and accessories, great prices. This is an absolute knitter's paradise. You do not need to have a strong will power not to do some major impulse shopping there. Webs also has a very well designed website with great discounts. Highly recommended.
Massive selection of yarn organized well for easy shopping. Plenty of books to give knitters ideas, friendly and helpful staff, easily navigated store. There is a bulk buying area in the way back with lots of sale items.
Placed an order online, paid with Paypal. They took the money from my account immediately. After waiting over a week, I contacted them to inquire about shipping, since their FAQ indicates that it should only take 2-3 days. They then informed me that the items I had ordered were out of stock, but that they wouldn't charge me until my order had shipped. Weird, since I already paid! They get 2 stars for giving me a polite and prompt refund, but it's really unprofessional that their website doesn't indicate when an item is out of stock and that they didn't tell me until I bothered them about it.
A yarn addict's heaven. The showed hubby the comfy chairs, where the restrooms were, where to find coffee and then took me on a tour of the store and warehouse!
The selection of various yarns and other fiber material is wonderful. Also, the equipment needed is all there. Good discount warehouse and also discount percentages over a certain total $ purchase.
One of the best places on earth - for anyone who likes yarn.
Incredibly knowledgeable staff, willing to help newbies and long time craters.
The selection is amazing! Rows and rows of absolutely beautiful yarn.
The prices are incredible, as they sell bulk cones and discontinued yarn.
They even have their own line of good quality yarn.
Their main business seems to be mail order, so this is both storefront and warehouse.
Absolutely amazing - i truly teared up the first time i walked into their backroom. Just rows of shelves filled with discount yarn
