Been going to black sheep for many years, best deli/sandwich shop in western MA in my opinion. Very tasty sandwiches & amazing cookies and coffee, plus they occasionally host local acoustic bands.

No complaints on the food or staff, only gave 4 starts because I never really feel great about the amount I pay for the type/quality of food here. If they were a bit cheaper I would definetly give 5 stars! Love their ham and cheese croissant, ask for a side of their rasberry mustard!

Great food. Great coffee. A friendly if not a bit crunchy staff. Prices are fair for a small business. They also put on live local music and sometimes community events. Great place. Their Longhorn breakfast sandwich is my favorite.

We frequent the Black Sheep because we love their food. Their sandwich menu has a variety of picks that cater to a range of tastes, I happen to love the Southern Comfort. Their breakfast sandwiches are also quite good. They bake their own bread and it really shows. Their pastry offerings are fantastic, and difficult to resist. We also really like Dean's Beans coffee, which they serve and sell, hot, cold, and in fancy drinks.

Food was great. A lot of variety. Ambience was great. Music got loud sometimes making conversation difficult and there aren't enough seats and tables. But then, I'm not a fan of live music so
    Highly recommended!

Tasty and flavorful, but sandwiches are minsicule portions. Above all, the staff is rude and borderline insulting. Awful service and patronizing, snide employees behind the counter.

Delicious coffee, sweets, sandwiches. Reasonable price and friendly service. Usually an available table and clean restrooms.

Good food, perhaps a little pricey, and when school is in session, seating can be a challenge.

This is a trendy place to get a great sandwich with a varied menu you won't find at your local deli or sandwich shop. The pastries are to die for.

Great food, great staff, great environment. The coffee is awesome too! It's self serve, so you'll never get a cup full of ice with minimal coffee. Love this place!

Full sandwiches were plenty for grown ups, 1/2 sandwich and a side made for a great lunch. There appeared to be plenty of people working at the time of my viset, but they we're disorganized which caused a longer wait after orders were placed.

I was visiting town and decided to pop in for a coffee. This place seemed very inviting, especially with the black lives matter sign out front. Clearly the store doesn't practice what they preach, because the cashier taking my order was a white woman with "dread locks". I was so disgusted and offended I walked out. I will never spend my money in place that claims to be inclusive yet employs racist, cultural appropriating people. I suggest the management consider doing a racial sensitivity training before they lose more customers.
