Dr Austin and staff have been great! Got a breast augmentation last month and dr Austin made sure I was comfortable throughout my recovery, and was even on call one night when I had questions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them!

Dr. Austin's staff has been nothing but hospitable and accommodating to my husband and I. I came here for reconstruction after 5 months of chemotherapy and I'm so glad I did. The ladies were very helpful and relieved a lot of anxiety with the whole process. They are always available or help and questions, as this princess can be quite overwhelming. We are thankful that we chose this team to be a part of our journey.

I think Dr. Austin and his staff are awesome. From the time you walk in the door, you feel like you are so welcomed there. The staff are so friendly and he has such a great bedside manner. I have had Coolsculpting and Botox with Dr. Austin and plan on having my breast implants redone and a tummy tuck in the fall. I highly recommend Dr. Austin to anyone! Thanks!

Dr Troy Austin and staff were very nice and helpful. The issue I have is my wife came in for a tummy tuck and the finished results look horrible months later. My wife looks pregnant, and has a flap of extra skin he did not cut off & half did liposuction. 8000$ down the drain! Worst experience ever to be cheated out of that much money expecially when we've talked to numerous other doctors & showed them before & after pics & they can point out everything MR. AUSTIN did wrong or did not do at all. Would not recommend at all

The front staff was amazing at putting me at ease over some healing issues that I am having after a cosmetic surgery procedure that I had performed in Florida. After meeting with Dr. Austin, I feel even more relaxed and better prepared to tackle my healing issues. He didn't have to see me, but not only did he see me, he took the extra time needed to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. If you want a surgeon who is confident and explains things thoroughly, Dr. Austin is the one for you!

Dr. Austin did a great job putting me at ease and answering all my questions. His staff are very friendly and helpful too. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and the total experience in the office. If you are thinking about having cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend that you check out Dr. Austin.
