  Great people, nice shop, good selection, and solid local mtb advocates (IMBA retail member and has organized weekly local canal rides for many years). My Godfather bought his first real bike from Andy Jordan 20+ years ago, and his son Drew carries on the tradition of superb customer service. I had moved away from town and thus had not been in the store for 5+ years, and I recognized some of the staff when I recently returned. It's great to see when a small business maintains stability of employment, especially in today's business climate.

  Was in town for business and thought I'd stop by to check out the shop. Staff was extremely helpful and as knowledgeable as they come about all things cycling. If I lived in Augusta this would be my go-to shop. Good selection of new Specialized and Giant bikes.

  Their level of customer caring at this bike shop is unprecedented- I traveled to the Masters National Championships in Augusta and this shop received my bicycles. Unfortunately- UPS broke my custom road bike. The team at Andy Jordan's went above and beyond in helping me through this ordeal. I borrowed a frame and took it on the plane with me- within 24 hours Andy Jordan's morphed the pieces together into a bicycle I could race- fitting every mm of the bike to best replicate my own. They were so compassionate and efficient- They share their customers passion for this sport! In the few days i was there- we became family- Their excellence helped me overcome the drama and achieve my 5th National Championship (on the borrowed bike!) - I am forever grateful!

  My husband and I got into biking over the last year. We have visited all the bike shops in the area and by far Andy Jordan's have the best customer service. They guys in the shop are very helpful and try and give you the best bike for your needs and do not try and sell you to get a commission. They are also very quick and efficient on bike repairs and maintenance. They have a long history of quality in the Augusta area and are worth the trip downtown.

  Needed my bike serviced quickly before a cross-country trip, I asked for a 24 hour turnaround and they had it done in 6 hours! They have fair prices and a friendly, knowledgable staff. Would recommend.

  First let me say the entire AJBW team has been great to me. You have answered my questions, given me the assistance and help that I've ask for. As a new rider that is important!
  I bought a bike after recouping from major shoulder surgery. I had become lazy and out of shape. You guys walked me through the entire process of how to choose a bike and the necessary equipment. Gave me the confidence I needed to get started. I am riding in my first long distance ride of 66 miles this weekend, May 1st.
  Thanks to you guys I feel confident that I will be able to achieve this goal.
