So, my wife loves Oysters so we thought we would give this place a try. She had a dozen Oysters and said they were very good. I had chicken and shrimp.
The chicken had great flavor but was incredibly thin. The shrimp were all very small and not flavored very well. I was very surprised by this as other Oyster bars we have gone to have large shrimp with great flavor. All in all, don't think we will be back to this place. If you are primarily interested in Oysters, then this place is for you.

We arrived at the restaurant at 10pm on Monday night. They close at 11. Our servers name was Kristina. This was the worst service I have ever had at this place. She took our drink order after waiting for 15 mins then we never saw her again unless we had to hunt her down to get anything. The food was good as usual. If you go here you will normally have a great experience. Just don't get Kristina as your server.

This is a must try if you are visiting our haven't tried it yet. It's a super relaxed atmosphere. The waiter/waitress are always polite and visit often. Their seafood is as good as if you were right on the coast. The whole experience was worth it. I recommend Rhinehart's to everyone.

We have eaten here once. Food was on par with what I would expect from the “beyond casual” dining experience. Not fancy at all but actually quite tasty. Price was fair.

I had the catfish plate on an early Friday evening and chose to sit outdoors: Reasonably priced, excellent service and outstandingly delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere and character of the place as well. Am definitely going back. Loved it!

We Want to love Rhinehart's! Service is extremely slow. Beyond casual always wondering if we'll get sick. Thankfully we've never gotten sick. Actually we haven't heard of anyone who has! The flaky fried shrimp is great! Not sure seafood is a good venue for the casualness.

I have been to this place three times and each time has been less impressive. I will say they have the best butterfly shrimp!Otherwise, everything I have ordered has been subpar. It does have an outdoor seating area which is nice and romantic if you're on a date or just having some time to yourself. The decor is very minimal and not very appealing (feels dirty and low end) but the waiters and waitresses have always been friendly but usually have a wait. Best time to go is there lunch specials great prices! Would not suggest this place for children as it's designed to resemble a hole-in-the-wall bar. I don't think I'm going to be going back.

The food here is great! I love that they have specials in their Crab legs on certain days. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because the inside is not very neat and the bathroom is a big gross. Besides that, great food, great drinks, and great prices.

This place is "where the locals eat"!!! The food is always consistent and the atmosphere is great. Kinda makes you feel like your at the beach. I live in Asheville,NC now and I miss this place the most out of all the restaurants in Augusta.

This place used to be a great after work hang out but now they hire waitresses that don't know anything about what they offer and beverages that the bar sells. It was super annoying. On a positive note, the fried cheese was amazing!

Fast forward to our arrival - every staff member wished her a happy birthday by name at various times during the evening and went out of their way to pay special attention to her. The whole fantastic meal was accentuated by little touches to make her feel like the entire restaurant was there preparing her dinner and experience. About halfway through, one of the waitstaff asked her if she'd like to meet the chef and see the kitchen. If you could have seen her eyes light up. They walked us back like she was walking down the red carpet. Everyone in the kitchen greeted her and Chef Bradley came over to chat. He brought her a beautiful, cookbook as a gift and brought her back through the kitchen. This is the kind of experience for your child you dream about. Thanks Addison for a fantastic meal and experience!

Only reason I am giving this place one star is because the sweet tea was good. Everything else was horrible. Went for lunch, food came out late and extremely over cooked. Hush puppies were like stale cracker balls, steak sandwich bread was burned and cooked so long the cheese no longer existed on it.
But the worst possible thing, was while eating, a COCKROACH crawls up between the crack of our table! It kept crawling back and forth between trying to come on the top of the table and into the cracks. I stopped eating and cashed out as soon as I saw it. So yes, i recommend you choose a different local place to go to for food/drink.

I went with about 10 people. We decided since it was so nice out we would sit outside.

Our waitress was extremely friendly, got our drinks out quick, took our order. Only issue is, it took well over an hour for our food to get out to us and when it did arrive, so of it was cold. There were two people who didn't get their food when everyone else's was brought out and it another 20 minutes for them to get what they ordered.

When the food finally did arrive, I wasn't very impressed by it. It was bland, and again, cold.

Not really planning on going back.
