  Marek spent a great deal of time talking with me, researching manual trying to make adjustment to headlights on my husband's car. Service department made a "goodwill" request to VW for headlight repair on the GTI even though it was recently over the warranty mileage limits. My husband was delighted with the surprise. Thanks VOLKSWAGEN of Ocala!

  So I'm giving credit, where credit is due. My first experience with VW of Ocala a year and half ago wasn't good at all. This passed Tuesday (8/29) I had the pleasure of meeting Danny the Service Advisor. He has turned my experience around. He is amazing to work with, he puts his customers needs first. His patience with customers (just by watching him interact) is amazing. Thank you Danny! Gettel you've got a great employee.

  Excellent is the best way do describe my Volkswagen of Ocala experience. Scott, my salesperson, and Mike the finance manager were terrific. I recommend anyone considering buying a new or used car to stop by and see them.

  The Volkswagen dealership, in Ocala, is an excellent example of knowledge and courtesy.
  They are patient, do not make you feel that they are in a rush, answered questions and were a tremendous help in a decision. This was important to us.

  I had auto butler applied. I was scheduled for 2pm but called around 9:30 because the weather called for rain this afternoon. I asked if I could change the time and Shawn Vogt asked if I could come in now. I got there just after 10 am. He checked me in and said it should be done around 12:30. I got comfortable in the service lounge with a cup of coffee and a donut. By 11:10 Shawn came by and said I was good to go! That is service!

  Alex was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. Everyone there was super nice and it was a fairly quick and delightful experience. I would do business here and work with Alex again in the future for sure!

  I was in Volkswagen of Ocala and Danny Schlenker, my Service Consultant took care of me in his impeccably professional and personable manner that is his standard. I had my semi-retired Auto Butler treatment and was 100% pleased with the results. This dealership is always on top of their game and the dealership itself is clean and pleasing to wait in.

  Volkswagen of Ocala.
  I honestly can't say enough about the team of professionals they have working there. I've never bought a car from them but the Volkswagen I do own they take care of and treat like it's their own. From the moment I walk in for my appointment till the time I leave is nothing short of a very smooth transition. They always keep me updated as how my car is coming along. I would hate to buy any other make of vehicle knowing I would lose the VW service dept.
  Thank you to Danny, Mike and the staff that actually work on my car. Blessed
