I have to give this dealership (VNA) 5 Stars right now even though we didnt buy (yet) The reason for 5 stars is simply due to their salesman, John Bigelow. John has proven himself in that he has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for my daughter. He is professional, responsive, helpful and patient. Since we live a good distance away, I called the dealership and was lucky to get John. I gave him her checklist and he got back to me within the time frame he gave me with everything she wanted and within her budget. He was in constant contact giving me step by step information and answering all of my questions right away. Unfortunately, the cars were not on the lot and the dealership's policy requires a down payment of $500.00 to bring in a vehicle and we just weren't comfortable with that. John told me that if the car isn't everything they say it is, we do not have to buy it and he went on to say all the right things to reassure us. He talked about the company history, reputation, etc. which did help to know but In the end, we just felt too nervous buying a used car sight unseen and sadly missed the opportunity. My daughter is ready to buy so we hope this dealership brings in some used Passats (or that white Jetta) we can check out soon because we look forward to closing a deal and doing business with John Bigelow and VNA. Thank you John for all your help and patience so far!

My first stop was volkswagen of NA to look for a reliable used car to finance. I was greeted by John Bigelow and he was very helpful and friendly through out the whole process. He tried to help in every way he possibly could. I felt like he truly cared and wanted me to get the best deal. You'll be lucky if you get to work with him!

Recently, my fiancé and I purchased a 2013 Jetta from this dealership and I must say we were very satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment we walked onto the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of George Gamache. He approached us not as a potential sale, but surprisingly, and warmly, as a friend. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy or choose something we were not in the market for, rather, he listened to our needs and brought us a vehicle keen to our exact requisites—and within budget! Throughout the process, George was extremely helpful and walked us through a very painless procedure all the way down to the paperwork, where we were introduced to the finance manager.

Unlike other dealerships, even the loan process felt easy and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way to purchase the high-end, exclusive options—but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do your homework first. Make sure you’re well-informed with what your insurance covers so you don’t have to shell out an excessive premium for double coverage. And in the end, we received our car at the right price, with the right finance options, and with a new fondness for larger dealerships.

Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if you’re in the market for a VW. And honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for George.

Have leased several cars from this dealer, always a great and smooth experience. Everyone there seems to be friendly, from Chris Wall and George, Norma, Rick, and others I can't remember their names. I'm looking to buy a car from them again and they're keeping me informed of inventory / cars I'd be interested in. Never any pressure to buy / up sell things, just the facts.

I have had an excellent experience at this dealership. It began when I worked with George in the Sales department and he is great. First, he is a really good listener--he even confirms what he hears from the customer just to make sure we're on the same page. And in the whole sales process, he is professional and in the end, willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I have also had great experiences with Rich in the service department. He really works with you in a straightforward, patient, easy going and very helpful way. This is one of those rare dealerships which treats customers the way you want to be treated, with great follow up. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a VW.
