We stayed at the mariner then was sold to previous owners daughter Tina. Tina is a semi intelligent owner that is proper so much that it boarders on mean. Do not cross Tina in any way!! You will pay. The motel restaurant serves very good pre frozen foods. The drinks are weak and expensive. The whole place is expensive for what it is. I informed Tina that I saw 2 bugs possible cockroaches and she reacted like I shot her dog. She knew my wife and I couldn't move at the immediate time. She made us leave anyways.. Nice place to stay the bar and barbacjs were rude. Low class bar and grille better rooms always clean. As far as bugs go. In sane intelligent and not blind. She bows they are there. Bedbug free the absolute lowest plan with Comcast she can get!! The Marinerre was owned by her Mom who she keeps close with. However since the motel was handed down to daughter Tina.. The mom Joyce was not allowed at or in the motel. All in all.. Not bad. Seedy butt clean. Laundry on site. Food google and overpriced. I an renting a very nice at paying much less and in bugs or bulls##it. Dont piss off Tina Tina nt do anything wrong. Enjoydo ANYTHING wrong
Great owners, nice atmosphere!!! New name.
"RALLY POINT INN PUB"
We went to a great party there.
Must got to experience to best service in the north in the coolest dive bar in the area
I went to my first patriots game last night and the last minute accommodations with Pam and Lowell at the Ancient Marinere worked out way better than expected. I looked at a few other options for hotels in the area and was finding rates from $175-$300 and $20-$30 cab rides each way to Gilette Stadium. I got a small, cozy room with a fridge, TV, Queen size bed for $125. We also got a free ride from the owners in nice suburban to and from the game. At the end of the night we got back to the hotel and ordered some late night pizza in the lounge bar downstairs and for $5 it was a pretty good personal pizza. It is a great, cheap options for a night after Patriots games. It was clean, friendly staff, good food and a free shuttle service. Well worth it and a pleasant surprise.
