My vehicle is under a recall notice for a faulty fuel pump control module. It recently died in the middle of the road due to the failure of that fuel control module. It is now a week after the failure, and neither VW of Naples or VW USA has offered to fix the vehicle or give me a loaner vehicle. Crazy, huh? VW notifies me by mail of a recall, my vehicle then dies from that exact failure and they refuse to fix my vehicle.

I bought this Volkswagen from a VW dealer, and it has been one failure after another. Never again!

Worst service department I have ever experienced in over 30 years of car ownership. Had to switch to a different car manufacturer just to get away from their extremely overpriced and poor repairs on a 4 yr old VW that was never out of the shop from day one of a new car purchase. Worst of all the service department staff that check your vehicle in are on commission and get paid based on how many repairs they can get you to agree to. That's like going to your dentist and the receptionist being paid based on how many teeth she can talk you into getting filled or pulled. I have to wonder if all of their five star reviews were written by friends and family of the staff members to counteract all of the one star reviews here, because they don't sound like the same place.

I recently leased my first car as a new graduate going into the working world. Marty went above and beyond to help me and the dealership as a whole (finance department, managers, etc.) were a pleasure to work with. No hassle, no games. I live in the Florida Keys, and knew that I wanted a VW. I obsessively researched all of the VW dealers in south Florida before settling on Volkswagen of Naples. Even though it was a 4.5 hour drive to the dealership, I knew it was the right choice. Throughout the entire research process, I dealt with John Holman, who was clear, direct, honest and no-pressure, unlike other dealerships I spoke with in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. When I came in to buy my car, John handed me off to Marty Ingesoulian, who was also clear, direct, no-pressure, and personable. After getting me set up with my new car and my trade in, Marty handed me off to Ted Daly, who completed my financing paperwork. Again, Ted was clear, honest, no-pressure, and personable. If you want a truly stress-free, positive car buying experience, look no further. Everyone at Volkswagen of Naples is great. They have a customer for life.

Looking for a new vehicle went from a totally bad experience to a terrific one. While looking for a new car, I went to a dealership before Volkswagen Naples, and just had the worst experience ever. Feeling down, I drove past Volkswagen and thought, "why not?" And I was greeted nicely right away by Salesman Martin Ingesoulian. I did not feel pressured, I did not feel like I was being sought after by a shark, it was the total opposite. Marty was kind, informative, and took me through every step with much patience and amiability. Him and the entire Volkswagen team of Naples were just terrific and SO friendly. I wasn't just another customer to them and did not feel like just another sale. The whole staff took their time and helped me every step of the way to owning my new Jetta, which I absolutely love!
