My wife and myself where down in Naples for our honey moon and stopped in. My wife had there sugar free ice cream and I had ice cream and a great burger. The staff was great and friendly. He was nice enough to send us a sticker we really liked. All around a great experience

Ok-ice cream but ridiculous pricing! Kids pay extra for smaller portion. Total rip-off with snotty service.

There is this employee name josh who is so sweet he was so nice with us and help with every thing and the ice cream was amazing!!

The food and ice cream is great and the staff is very personable but the owner/manager corrected one of the staff members right infront of a group of customers in a very loud and condescending way. The issue was very miniscule and could have been handled at a later time away from customers.

The Royal Scoop ice cream is amazing. I don't even eat ice cream because I am lactose intolerant but is is so good that the pleasure out weighs the pain. I highly suggest everyone go try it out. What a great bunch of people working there too. Always smiling and happy.
