Update: The countertops we purchased a year ago had to be removed by our contractors to replace the cabinets underneath. They surprisingly all came off in one piece, but a smaller piece broke when it fell on our garage floor. Hugo and Justin were very understanding and helped me find the perfect piece to match our existing countertops. I'm so thankful for the courteous staff at Rock Solid and how they went above and beyond to help me, again!

Fantastic selection, helpful staff, great prices! We purchased quartzite kitchen countertops for our home. Thank you Hugo and Justin!

People say that the attitude of a company and its employees starts at the top. My recent experience with Rock Solid has proven this to be true. I found myself in a unique situation that was made right with amazing direct attention from Hugo, the GM, and his employees were courteous, professional and provided a beautiful product that we will enjoy for years. This is a well run business that takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
We moved to SWF almost two years ago, from Wisconsin. I have to say the work ethics here are far less than you would ever find in the Midwest. One big exception to this is ROCK SOLID!!!
We cannot say enough about this company and their employees!!
We remodeled our kitchen and installed cabinets made by the Amish in Wisconsin. When we were ready to have our countertops installed, we researched 4 different companies. The lowest prices we received were from companies with very limited inventory. The highest price we received was from a company who advertises regularly on television. Their estimate was over 2 times higher than Rock Solid. Again, we could not find anything that was really appealing.
We worked with Vito, who is very attentive and personable. While walking around their yard, we found a piece of granite that was exactly what we were looking for.
After completing the ordering process, we couldn't wait to have this beautiful stone carved and installed.
The couple who templates the countertops for Rock Solid, came exactly when they promised and were so very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Within the next week, as promised, the installers showed up. Very professional and efficient guys!!! What a job!!! We are in awe!!!

I selected a slab of granite from ROCK SOLID and was told it was quartz. One of the finest materials for my counter top. A year later I was having some cabinet repair done( by another company) and they noticed the counter top and they were able to determine and show how it wasn't what ROCK SOLID said it was and charged me for!!!! Be careful shoppers they are scammmers!! Plus they took an extra 3 weeks to finish the job!

We had an excellent experience with Rock Solid. They just installed quartz countertops and a large center island, and granite in two bathrooms. Ken was fantastic, walked us through the process, everything was done on time. Their fabricator did a great job, and Carlos, our installer, was incredible. He didn't leave until the job was completed to our satisfaction. Everyone was professional and courteous and the price was very fair.

This place is a joke. They advertise all this stuff and it's all just to get you in an take advantage. 3 weeks kitchenless waiting on the granite to be installed when we were assured it would take 7 days. Anything to get the sale! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Use someone local who won't give you the run around. All the advertising of $999 kitchen is based on 1 slab choice when they tell you they have such a selection, not true. And they price you out and never tell you they are pricing at 2cm when all your other pricing is 3cm. Just try to get you there and charge you triple the price. You will regret shopping here.
