  When I first entered the shop I was instantly greeted by all 3 people at the desk which was extremely nice considering sometimes you walk into a business and never get greeted at all. As soon as I started to Jim Hall he made the whole process completely painless and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Awesome work!!

  Much lower customer service compared to express. Didnt like the way I was welcomed by Michelle at check in or by John the estimator. Felt more like a number than a customer. Going back to Oscar at Express. They treat you much better there. Avoid FV body works.

  I love the smiley face auto body repair shop. Everybody very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure i happy with the work. Their work is guaranteed and pricing is fair for the quality of work they do. AAA has them as preapproved for accident repairs you dont have to get estimate before AAA oks the shopYES, THEY ARE THAT GOOD.

  Very Fast, polite, and professional. My rear bumper needed to be fixed. I went in at 1 pm and they were done by 2pm. Thank you for your quality work!
