They have a large selection of teas. Unfortunately there was no one else in the store so they hovered over me even though I indicated that I wanted to just browse leisurely. It really ruined the experience. After that they acted like they were superior similar to the other reviewer’s experience. I bought two teas. One tasted nice and was the same as the tester smelled. The second one smelled nothing like the tester and appeared to be old tea. I had to throw it out as it had that old tea taste. The shop itself is cute but I am hesitant to go back.

I recently got into tea actually bc I love it more then coffee.. mostly bc I got into cooking and herbs My friend new I drink a lot of tea and drop off loose tea like not obviously in a tea bag.. as a cook I didn't want it to go to waist or throw it away so I went to my local tee shop to be educated and pick up a tea ball and what to do.. other then you actually must go!!!! they were busy and still found the time to explain things to me there mugs and steepers are handcrafted by local Frederick artist. you have to stop in I was so educated and so impressed. stop in and try some tea!!!!! I left with a tea steeper locally handcrafted along with locally handcrafted t-tops steeper with a design which I found out later you can measure out your tea on. I will be life long customer!!!!!! Even if you don't like tea they have really cool mugs even for coffee!!!

This little shop has tons of different loose leaf teas for you to pick and choose from. The shop staff is super friendly and if you can't find the particular tea you're looking for, they'll even mix some together to create your dream tea! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and super kind staff. Excellent walls of teas from traditional black and green teas to fruit flavored summer dare and everything you could want or need to make tea. They will package up you tea quickly if you know what you want, if not they will help you decide. 2-3 teas out for tasting and hundreds more to explore. Hot or iced, sweet or plain. This is the ORIGINAL hands down best tea shop in Frederick, MD. Don't miss it!

Very cute store. I've only seen this store in a mall setting before coming here. Being in this old storefront just makes this tea store so quaint and relaxed.
The staff that was working was very slow. They only had a few other customers when I arrived. I was never greeted or noticed while I was waiting.
After being totally ignored I left very disappointed.

I normally hate to leave this type of review and rarely ever do, hut oh boy does this place deserve it. To start off, the staff is overly rude but that's just the beginning. If you try to photograph anything you will immediately be instructed to delete the picture and either put it away or get out. The owners will not bother to contact anyone. They act stuck up and better than everyone else. They act unprofessional and proceed to respond to Facebook reviews and other posts by saying the customer is wrong and how your stupid, dumb, etc. Atrocious way to run a business, especially an upscale one. They threaten you and so on. Sad because this shop space could be used for something so much nicer.

Amazing tea selection, they even have tea brewed to go! I love that they have a low cost alternative to the Roasted Almond tea from Capitol Teas in Annapolis!

nice verity of teas and tea pot . small but pack full of great teas some for hot and some for cold. got 2 different types the berry one is one of the best i have had for a nice ice tea doesn't need sugar. the owner is sweet as can be. will be going back alot.

Great store with excellent customer service! They had a large range of specialty tea blends, from chai, green, black, white, and herbal. They have a very positive energy and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Love voila! Big fan of their teas. My husband and I spend too much on bulk tea here, but it's hard not to when they have so many great flavors. Don't forget to bring your tins back for refills so you can save.
