Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I called the dealership a few days ahead of when I would be coming in to see if they had what I was looking for, and Jason Vaughn was on top of it right away-I got an email just a few hours later with some options. When I told him about a car at another Darcars lot, he made the arrangements to have it in Frederick for me to look at, no hassle or anything! When I arrived we got started on paperwork and I was in and out in less than three hours!!! Eric in finance was just as awesome and explained all of my options and what everything was in simple and understandable ways. They made an incredibly daunting process simple, pain free and completely enjoyable. Jason is a great guy, and I will definitely be coming back to him for the next vehicle purchase!

See Diego Angel. He's a great salesperson. He sells new and used. He's knowledgeable, not pushy and very transparent. His manager is very much the same. As owner of The Maids I will be buying more cars from them and, when necessary, Kenny Rogers takes care of our cars in the Service Department. He also takes excellent care of us.

DARCARS was great! Fantastic customer service. Most of my correspondence went through Jason who was quick to reply and ready with answers for all of my questions. This was my first car buying experience and Jason and the team helped it go very smoothly. I even asked them to do an additional wash/clean before I drove off the lot with it and they had no trouble making sure I was satisfied. I am now a very happy owner of a Subaru Legacy :)

I bought my first used car from here and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Tony and the manager Jason are great and will do everything they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will be back and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used car

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Today, I once again took my vehicle to DARCARS on W. Patrick St. and they not only took care of my vehicle, but they were FAST! The waiting area has been "updated" (Thank you!) and it's truly a pleasure waiting. The staff is phenomenal! They are friendly, humble, thoughtful, and most importantly, very very kind. It doesn't feel like taking care of business but more like being around family. THANK YOU DARCARS!

My 2009 Camry failed the oil consumption test so parts were ordered. After about three weeks, Kenneth from service called informing me the parts were in. As the repair would take 2-3 days, I was offered a complimentary rental car for the time. Car in on Monday, car finished midday Wednesday. No cost to me. Great job by Kenneth and his service team!
