Mitch went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal on a Silverado. I was so pleased with how fast and dedicated he is to making sure his customers are happy and satisfied. He even went above and beyond to bring paperwork to my co-signer and made sure everything went smoothly. Unlike other dealers I went too, they were kind and caring and that made a huge deal. So happy with them and this dealership.

I got an amazing deal leasing a 2018 Silverado; other dealers' quotes didn't come close. The service was excellent; I had all of my questions answered before I even got to the test drive and purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful; the trade-in process was smooth and quick - and best of all I was given a fair price on my used car. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great car buying experience, everyone is very friendly at the dealership and are quick to help you out. Mitch is an awesome saleman, he is very helpful and will work to get you the best deal he can. He is very patient and will work until everything is done that you need. When it came time to finish everything it was very fast and easy. Overall a great experience at this dealership and would definitely recommend buying from them.

I could not agree more with this quote. The feeling I get when I drive my new truck is next to none. With that, I am giving Voice Motors a five star rating because they truly deserve it. This past week I received the best customer service from Mitch Voice at Voice Motors. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to get me into my brand new Chevy Silverado. I drove over from Traverse City and it was well worth my trip. I would drive across the state to get another vehicle from Mitch and his team. You will be impressed with their quality of service.

This Dealership is just great. I talked directly with Mitch Voice who was very professional, polite and quick setting everything up. He was very helpful in directing me what to do since I live in Warren and was not able to go directly to his dealership. He processed all the paperwork on Tuesday afternoon and my car was driven down to my house on Wednesday. Amazing. Never had such a good experience with any dealership!!! I made an inquiry with Voice Motors at 5pm on Monday and drove away in a new vehicle by 2pm on Tuesday. Mitch was an extremely helpful and professional salesmen. I told him what I was interested and he went above and beyond. The vehicle was ready and waiting for me to test drive when we arrived at the lot. I purchased a vehicle from out-of-state and my experience was very positive. My primary contact, Mitch, was always prompt and helpful with any request. They were not pushy, to the point, and very polite and respectful. I did a lot of research and the pricing on the car I bought was excellent. I also would like to commend them on their patience. After buying the car I needed to find a transport to bring the car to my home state. It took a good two weeks to get a company to move the car but they were not pushy and very understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealership again. Thank you team 'Voice'!

I recently came in to look at lease options for a new Chevy. I was in a Ford lease and still had about 6 months remaining. I worked with Chrissie and she was able to come up with a great deal to get me out of that lease early and into a new 2017 Truck that I love. They treated us respectfully and was even able to beat the offer we received from another dealership for a better truck. Chrissie always answers my calls and returns them quickly if I leave her a message. We will be doing business here again because we know we are taken care of. Thank you.
