What an excellent dealer group! Today I walked in Vision Nissan Webster with no expectation, just try to see if I could resolve my bad situation with existing car program, this entire Team spent 4 hours to help me out with my situation, the sale agent, financial office, managers, service department, everyone is doing their best ! They used plan A, plan B, finally plan C with banks, finally they helped me to get a new car, with much better solution with the previous car ! Saved a lot of money!

I am so grateful that I am lucky to have this dedicated team to help me! God bless their hearts!

This was by far the easiest and most fun experience I've ever had buying a car. I've bought many cars in my day and this one went so well I've shared the process with many friends. Go see matt Ranaletta. He was so professional and funny at the same time. My husband and I even sent 4 friends in to him and received $$ for it besides a pat on the back from our friends for there experience. Highly recommend you stop by and ask for matt!!

Typical salesmen pretending to go to "backdoor" pricing to get me the "best deal possible." Ken was very pushy when all I wanted was a test drive and "the numbers" that went along with it. The cars didn't even seem that great - the 17 Sentra SR Turbo even felt weak given that was supposed to be "sporty". Felt major pressure even though they knew I was not going to sign for a car on that exact day. I will definitely be looking into other car brands. I gave 2 stars as opposed to 1 because JJ was down to earth, honest, and fun to be around.

Working with Vision Nissan has been a great experience. They worked with us on our budget, and our sales rep Kenny was phenomenal. He put our needs above anyone else, and was a huge help through our first dealership process with answering questions, picking out the right vehicle, and providing a great sense of humor. Vision's Customer service is better than any place I've been to in the Rochester area and I would gladly come back when we need a new car. Don't forget to ask for Kenny! You won't be disappointed.

I wanted 0w-20 oil an got 5w-30 which is bad for a Nissan hybrid my car recommended oil is 0w-20 very disappointed

Ken Conine was unbelievable in his commitment to find our right car. He nailed it on the 3rd vehicle he showed us. No pushing and typical Auto salesmen jargon. He listened and excelled in his deliverance. You would do yourself a huge disservice by not using Ken and the sales department for your auto experience.

Terrible service. "Free" oil changes take hours longer than they are quoted to. Staff is either not helpful, or just doesn't know what they are doing. Often have no idea what you are talking about. Dropped a car off for an oil change and told it would take a half an hour, it's been over an hour and a half and I'm still in the waiting room. Was told the mechanic was "just finishing up now" 25 minutes ago. Buy a car somewhere else and pay for your oil changes and you will be happier than me.

Got a great deal on a lease years ago. Went back looking to buy. The salesmen push leases even when saying you want to buy used. Service is usually pretty good. Repairmen will try the usual up charges.
