Movie projection was good. Facilities themselves are starting to show signs of age and the seating is older Stadium style seating but overall not a bad theater

For the second time in a row, we were unable to enjoy the movie because of loud and unruly people in the theatre. This time, there was almost a fist fight during the movie and the people who were escorted out were yelling profanities the whole trip down the stairs. Very discouraging and the only reason I rarely go there.

The seats are uncomfortable and the location attracts the young & loud crowd. If you want to take your partner on a nice movie date, I suggest you take them to AMC Webster 12. If you don't mind people talking and being rude during the movie, than this will be okay.

Great service very clean and reasonable prices. Many people here complaining about things that are their own fault. It's not the theaters fault if you forgot your ID or look young. Youth are so entitled.

I love this theater don't get me wrong. I have recently moved to Rochester and have found this theater to my liking many people would rather go to a "better" theater but compared to my hometown this is better. Well being new to the place and new to the policies I had left my wallet at home to keep me from spending money. I was not driving so I had no reason to keep my wallet. My boyfriend was paying and driving. When we had got in we had laughed at the signs about the 17 years of age or younger not being let in only to come to the realization they were IDing people at the desk. This was annoying. My boyfriend is 22 and I am 21 and due to my height and ethnic background I look very young. He had his ID but because I did not have my ID we were forced to leave because my boyfriend is not my 'legal guardian' and they had no way to prove my age. I was outraged. I live with my boyfriend, my parents are two hours away and we drove 20 mins just to see the movie. This was extremely inconvenient. We won't be coming here for a while.

Our movie experience was perfect. While the movie only got 1.5 stars, we thoroughly enjoyed it "Now you see me 2". Don't use the number of stars as your only guide. Also, if patrons knew that movie theaters usually have to pay 100% (or more) of the box office receipts for the 1st several weeks a movie is out, they would understand why food prices are so high.

I go to see a movie here almost once a week, sometimes more. It's the only theatre I go to and I have never had a single thing to say about them that wasn't good. Tonight I finally had off from work and wanted to do something with my little sister (16). Our whole family is huge horror buffs and we wanted to go see the Conjuring 2. I called in advance to make sure she would be able to get in with me. I guess it is against theatre "policy" for a minor to go into a rated R movie with someone that is not a legal parent or guardian. She is literally months away from her 17th birthday. Clearly loyalty doesn't mean much to this company. But I guess that's a good thing considering they just lost one of their most loyal customers.

Not a bad theater location. They've kept it up nicely for the most part and the theaters are always clean. Higher prices as with any Regal, but altogether not bad.
