I called to inquire about the delivery area and the person on the phone was very abrasive. As I'm asking which location they deliver to he rudely said that its against company policy to deliver to my area and said he had other people on the line. I said " well you didn't give me a chance to say that I would pick it up" he then changed his tune to a nicer one but by that time the damage was already done. Terrible customer service. I don't even write reviews online but I'm disappointed with the way I was treated. Being rude to people doesn't gain customers. I'll take my money elsewhere.

My husband and I order marks every now and then but when we do the pizza is delicious I love marks pizza I really do. and those chocolate chip cookies are to die for delicious

I visited this location as I have always loved Marks. Although the service of the employees was great and I couldn't ask for more while waiting for my wings to be done I couldn't help but feel bad for the employees because of their manager. I walked in and was greated by the manager while he was sitting in a booth screaming at his employees what to do. I'm not sure how your company is managed but this is no way to train new employees nor how any "manager" should treat the employees.

Mark's pretty much IS Rochester Pizza. It's not fancy. It's fluffy crusted WNY pizza to go. And it's deliciois.

I'm so thrown off by how different this location varies from the others. I feel like this place is consistently more expensive than other Marks. Also the Pizza is typically not as good (Marks is my favorite pizza chain in Rochester). The wings have never been good from this location almost every time I've got them. Theyre typically either undercooked with lots of sauce or overcooked with minimal sauce.

Ordered a large extra cheese pizza, loaded cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and chicken fingers. The fries were stuck to the foil so bad we couldn't even eat them because the foil was coming off with the fries. The pizza came with extra cheese as per ordered (the only place in town that understands what extra cheese is), the mozzarella sticks were too cooked, and idk about the chicken. It looked good, but I refused to try it. I was told it would be 45 minutes, but the person showed up closer to an hour. Definitely not worth the $60 I spent. Only giving 2 stars because the pizza was actually pretty damn good compared to everything else.
