This has been my waxing "go to" whenever I can treat myself. It's a friendly, professional, quiet place. They're always so nice and efficient during my services. I always buy one of the body scrubs for after care and it's definitely worth it!

It has taken me 4 years to find a salon and stylist that I feel comfortable with. I have finally found that at Vis-a-Vis, with Samantha L. I thought I was going crazy trying to communicate properly with what I wanted to do with my hair. It wasn't

This was my first experience at a salon/spa to get a haircut. I was anxious about cutting off my long hair, but read the reviews and gave this place a go.
The receptionist, Lisa, was so lovely and nice. She chatted with me while walking me over to my stylist. Autumn did a fantastic job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions to clarify so I got the cut and style I wanted. I left the salon with the biggest smile on my face! I have been going to Vis-a-Vis for almost two years. This is the longest I have been loyal to a salon/spa. I feel pampered every time and I never get the feeling that they just push you out for quick turnovers and try to up-sell you on things you do not need or want. I've had the best facials from Leigh and everyone does an amazing job with hair. I personally Love Colby to cut my hair. Not only is he meticulous, he is very gentle when blowing my hair dry. I literally close my eyes and enjoy. I leave feeling fresh and new every time.

Love this place! They make bikini waxing a pleasant, non-awkward experience. You pay for quality -- great service + the opportunity to support a local Ann Arbor business, you can't go wrong!

Possibly the worst 'massage' I've ever had. 90 minutes was more like 45. Had a new girl who was very nice but spent maybe 5 minutes on each area and did not dig in at all. Spent more time prepping than anything. No shoulders, no neck, no face/head??? Never walked out of a massage more tense than when I went in. Was supposed to have a facial but cancelled it because I was afraid it would be the same disappointing experience. Now I'm mad that I paid for it and didn't ask to speak to the owner right there. Don't go.

I have never written a review for any business or otherwise. However, Vis-a-Vis deserves one because it is exceptional. I made an appointment for my first 60-minute facial, and was beyond pleased. Kimmie was truly fantastic, knowledgable, and ultimately made my experience wonderful. Go here, absolutely. 5/5! I will be back.

I had my first Brazilian wax with Kelly and it was AMAZING!! I had absolutely very minimal pain and the whole process took like 15 minutes! Kelly, was extremely helpful with the products and tips on maintenance! The receptionist is also friendly! I highly recommend this place for your waxing needs!!!

I have been to the salon twice so far in 15days. Once for a prenatal massage with Kelly and the other for a haircut with Elizabeth. Both the times the service was impeccable and I was fully satisfied. Will be making this a regular joint for all my pampering needs. :)

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about the service here. Everyone who works here is exceptionally kind and respectful. I've been going to Elizabeth for the past year for my hair and I would highly recommend her! She patiently listens to exactly what I want and helps me set realistic goals for my hair. She's very knowledgeable and loves teaching about hair care and styling. She is warm, attentive, easy to talk to, and the absolute best at what she does. I walk out feeling confident and pampered after every session. I guarantee you'll never leave feeling disappointed!!! :)

From 'heart crafted' facials and products to waxing your bits, this spa does it all. They recently expanded to better serve their clients. They have their own line of products as well and they are exceptional. The staff here always bends over backwards to please. This is definitely, by far, one of my favorite places to go.
