  I bought my wife a spa facial there for Mother's Day. After being cancelled on twice, she finally gets to go and its a disaster. The only they have doing it was rude and condescending. She used no gloves. there was no relaxing ambience whatsoever. on top of that, the person doing the facial goes outside to smoke, comes back and works on my wife without even washing her hands. And then, she gets overcharged!! I was told when I bought the certificate, the total would be $60. I made it $70 so she would have enough for tip. Instead they Charge her $70 and use the excuse that they tried some different chemicals that weren't included in the price! My wife called the manager and all she did was make excuses. Won't be going back!!

  Called for price before booking and the receptionist quoted the base price with no mention that based on hair stylist the price would increase. So based on the price the receptionist quoted i asked her to schedule an appt. She then set up an appt with a master stylist. The haircut and color i received was average and i paid more for it then what i would consider fair. ($20 more than the price quoted). I called to discuss the price difference and what occurred and no offers to adjust pricing were suggested. I would not recommend to a friend.

  Best salon I've been too. Love the environment, it's trendy & fun. I love the vibe when I am there. Ashley is my stylist, has been for years. Will always go here and continue to recommend this place to my friends. I love how they carry the Moroccan Oil products. Very nice place.
