I am writing this review to let others know about the wonderful experience that me and my husband had from luxury imports. Rola was great she was very upfront and honest about everything, everything she told us was accurate. She kept her word with everything that she told us she would do. This is a wonderful place if you are in the market for a nice car with great customer service. Please don't hesitate to go check them out. You won't be disappointed!

In short I was lied to and had my time wasted. I inquired about a car on multiple occasions and even had set up a time to see and test drive this car. Before trying to take the 3 hour drive I called once more to make sure the vehicle was still for sale. Upon calling I was informed it was for sale, but they had to take it to a dealership since it was under warranty and wanted to make sure the car checked out fine. This is fine with me and made me feel better that this dealership took care of their cars. The lady I spoke too took down my information and said she would call when they heard back from the dealer about when the car would be back on their lot.
This is where things went south. I waited and received no phone call so I reached out to the them the next day. I was then told by some other gentleman that the car had already been sold and had a deposit put down on it and had been inquired about weeks ago by some other man from out of state as well. When I asked about the information I was given he had no answer and was not at all concerned that I was lied to and led on.

I stopped by here with a friend of mine that just sold his car (a late model sports car). We parked in the back right off of the side street. I drive a Acura TL nothing too fancy but she's pretty and purrs but was out of the way. My friend is 22 much younger than me but makes really good money and looks 12. He can't help it, he's tiny and yes joking about it never gets old.
He was actually interested in several cars on the lot but the first one we looked at was an older Merc. When we went up to it a dark haired lady came out and unlocked it for us land very pleasantly said if you need anything or have any questions let me know.
We sat in it for a sec, I wasn't impressed but he said the engine was amazing and wanted to test drive it. We stepped out of the car and and I walked over to another car that had caught my eye but I still heard my friend ask a middle eastern gentleman that had come out smoking a cigarette if he could test drive it. The man told him THAT CAR IS NOT FOR SALE. (The car in question was on the website for sale last week when we were there and it still is today). He then told my friend you cant test drive anything until you are preapproved for a loan through us anyway. We promptly left without a fuss.
I decided to write a review just in case it might save someone else some time. Maybe you can avoid the same scenario Julia Roberts did in Pretty Woman on Rodeo Drive when she had all of that money to buy the perfect cocktail dress but the mean old baddies wouldn't give her the time of day. Shame on them for treating her like less than a person and shame on that man and Luxury I
mports for treating my friend like that. I'd have given zero stars if possible.
Update 6/10/17 A year and 3 months later and the same car is still listed for sale on their website. A63 AMG Merc. ridiculous. Also my friend bought a very nice lexus IS300 elsewhere. BEWARE!response / report this review -

I had been looking for a fun car to drive around for a few weeks now, and I was getting pretty bummed. The cars were either in really poor condition, the prices were inflated and the dealer's weren't willing to deal.
On a whim my wife and I pulled into Luxury Imports to look at a GLK 350 I had seen online. Well my luck was still holding out because someone else was out test driving it. As we walked back to the car I noticed a Porsche 911 Carerra parked on the lot, my dream car. Surprisingly it was within my price range with pretty low miles, I couldn't keep the smile off my face as I drove it, needless to say I was going home with it and they knew it, but rather than take advantage of that fact they still let me deal a bit, gave me a great deal and secured low interest financing for me. They were friendly and patient with my questions, and very very funny. Needless to say when my wife is ready for an upgrade, we won't spend 3 weeks driving around to different lots.response / report this review -
