Very nice place. Restaurant on-site was very good as well. Rooms were very nice as well as very clean. The only challenge was the extremely loud noise of water going through the pipes when a guest above us would shower. My next visit will be on the 3rd floor.

It was great! A mini arcade, great restaurant, any good rooms! Everyone was nice. Good beds. No noisy neighbors. Overall a good hotel for a good price.

The Fulton Steamboat Inn was a wonderful choice! I took my Mother-in-law to see a show, and we stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn, and it could not have been a better choice. We had a beautiful room, it was beautiful and impeccably clean. We had breakfast in the cafe, it was delicious. Everything was decorated for Christmas, and it looked so nice Mom and I had plenty of picture taking opportunities! The staff was cheerful and courteous. Honestly, do yourself a favor and treat yourself and your family to a night at this wonderful hotel!

We come every year and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else ever. The hotel is gorgeous and makes you really feel like you're on a steamboat. Great location and price too, especially given how nice the hotel is

The inn was nicely appointed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is adult only. The room was Victorian and we had breakfast included with our stay. For breakfast you can order anything from the menu, which was nice. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi is nice and is adult only from 10p to 12am.

Very nice themed hotel. I wish more places did that. Food was good. Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. Great playground and pool for little kids.

This place is great for children. They have a playground, lake you can walk around and feed ducks and koi, pool, restaurant on site. Very close to lots of activities and shopping. We are really enjoying our stay. Staff has been extremely friendly and we enjoy the afternoon cookie available in the lobby.

Room are nicely set up. Bathrooms are kept well and clean. In particular, all staff seem very nice and friendly. I did not understand though why indoor pool was closed due to storm. But definitely looking forward to using it today.

The Steamboat Inn has character. Much of the furnishings and decor are antiques or reproductions. The very old cash register in the restaurant is pretty cool. The food and service at the restaurant we're excellent. My room was neat and clean and had all the standard amenities.

Fantastic little hotel really geared towards family and kids. Indoor pool is great, moat around the hotel is stocked with fish that swim up to see you and pond with tons of ducks that will eat out of your hands (duck and fish food for $0.50 in the gift shop). Kids playground and super friendly staff. Didn't try the restaurant but would definitely stay again. Immaculate rooms also.

Great stay and lovely atmosphere! We stayed here overnight so we wouldn't have to drive early in the morning to take the kids to Dutch Wonderland which is only a couple minutes away. The kids loved the bunk bed room and they had a blast playing on the wooden playground. The also have a fire pit and picnic tables near the coy pond which is filled with friendly fish and ducks. We had breakfast in the morning which was family style buffet and the food was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful inside. Very clean, gorgeous rooms..very deceiving from the outside, but once you step inside it's like being in a whole different world. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to lots of attractions. Highly recommended!!!!

This hotel is pure fun for the whole family! They took the steamboat theme and ran with it. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and best for us, they offer a room with bunk beds and a trundle so we can sleep our family of five comfortably. Nice indoor pool, hot tub, and big playground for the kids. Great hospitality with touches like complimentary coffee/lemonade table in the lobby.

We had the best overnight trip here! My 3-year old was so psyched to stay on a "boat"! The theme was carried throughout the entire hotel and we all loved it! It was just kitschy enough without going overboard. The rooms were large, with comfortable beds and everything was very clean.

We swam in the pool in the evening, so glad it was open late (till midnight)! The pool and the hot tub were great!

My son also loved the outdoor play area. There is a pirate ship, a train and 2 sets of swings. He had a blast. There's also a little duck pond but we ran out of time to hang out therenext time!

The price was ideal for a budget, but it didn't feel like a budget hotel at all.

The location was perfect to hit all the action in Lancaster. We were close to the outlets, close to chain restaurants and local ones. I'd highly recommend this hotel to families with little ones!
