Katrina was absolutely amazing! She was the lady that helped me before the doctor came in and who really made me feel comfortable about everything. She really went into depth with all the questions I had and was extremely patient with me. I had to get 4 teeth pulled and I wouldn't have done it anywhere else! The whole staff was amazing and made you feel at home. 10/10 recommend and have gained a forever patient 🙂

The staff at Village Dental are amazing! When I called to make an appointment, Amber was very helpful and informative when she had answered all my questions while scheduling my new patient exam.
AMAZING staff! AMAZING! and CARING! Especially the Doctors and Assistants like Melissa very caring and professional. I highly recommend Village Dental of North Raleigh. I will definitely be returning soon.

I absolutely love Village Dental. Their prices are great and their staff is amazing. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I love going, they make the experience great and make you feel very comfortable. I actually just went to get my teeth cleaned yesterday and the amazing lady that helped me did a fabulous job (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) and answered every question I had. I love them and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. :)

I've been going here for over a year now & I'm still so very pleased with Village Dental! The hygienists have all been super knowledgeable & friendly. Destiny was my hygienist this time & she was awesome! I had a great experience & felt everything was well explained. All my questions were answered, my treatment plan was thoroughly reviewed & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (this has not always been my experience with other dental offices). Also tons of credit is due to Amber for spending so much time figuring out my wonky dental insurance issues & making sure I was covered! Overall fabulous experience & I will definitely remain a customer! 10/10 would recommend 👌

I had a really good experience. at Village Dental today. I had two molar extractions and it was a painless event. Diana was amazing she was friendly, professional and a joy to know. I am highly recommending Village Dental as you're next dentist.
I'd also like to give a big shout-out to Sam who is my regular hygienist. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and I can tell she really loves what she does.

Today was my first visit at Village Dental North Raleigh. Everything was perfect. The environment was inviting (even The Grinch on Big Screen TV while I waited). Joi greeted me by name and had my records, gave me a tour, made certain I was prepared for what was coming up, and then took care of all the details before I left. Brit was humorously friendly and professional while gathering information, cleaning and polishing my teeth, and answering all my questions. Dr. Martin was well prepped before coming in, set the stage for everything I needed to know going forward and answered all of my remaining questions. It was a great experience and made me extremely happy in my choice of a new practice.

I have been going to full service spas my whole life so I am no stranger to "exceptional" service. I Arrive and am greeted right away by the lovely front desk associate. after signing paperwork I hung out in the state-of-the-art waiting area for about 5 minutes until an angel with beautiful eyes named Angie came and got me and whisked me away to my room. Angie hooked me up to nitrous. I began tasting the sweet smell of vanilla as I sank deep into my chair in full relaxation. I drifted away into the abyss of serenity and felt like I had just had a full body message. Next thing you know DR. Brit was done with my fillings and Angie walked me out. Spa? no need now since I get my dental work done at village dental north Raleigh. If there was a Village dental on every corner in the world I think world peace could be achieved within a year.

Great experience! Brit explained everything that was going on with my extensive dental work and what the possible options are for future work if needed. Best experience in 30+ years, her knowledge and expertise is far beyond my previous experiences. Very knowledgeable about insurance coverage. Willing to work with the patient on scheduling work to fit my timing and budget.

I have gone to the same dentist my entire life. Moving from NY to NC I was hesitant to go to a new dentist, therefore, have not gone in three years. I was recommended to Village Dental and was so glad I went! Ashton greeted me and gave me a tour of the office. She could not have been more friendly and made me feel so at ease. Britt was my hygienist, she was so sweet and personable. Oh and she did such an amazing job! The office was so clean and high tech! I will be continuing to go to Village Dental and will request Britt every time :)

How can you love a dental office? Well, if you visit Village Dental, you will find out! Today was my third visit and I do not have adequate words to tell you how happy I am. The entire staff makes you feel so welcome and appreciated. My hygienist, Brit, is gentle but thorough, and explains the procedures and general knowledge about teeth and dental care. I have never felt rushed or that I am "just another patient". Dr. Rodriguez also treats you like you are the only patient there and explains everything he is doing in layman's terms. There insurance plan is great, too.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! You are always greeted with a smile by everyone their. The front desk staff is always so delightful and the care you receive is beyond compare. Brit is such a joy to work with and my teeth feel amazing! I moved to NC about 18 month ago and finally made the change to a local dentist. Village Dental came recommended and after the appointment I had yesterday I can see why! Everybody is super friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, modern and has a nice ambiance. I was taken care of by Britt, Lindsay and Dr. Britt and loved meeting the ladies. Great sense of humor :) ..we discussed treatments moving forward and I received detailed information of my options. (Arrrggggg..their might be a pirate tooth in my near future!!!!)..I can highly recommend Village Dental! From the first initial online contact to my leaving there yesterday I never once doubted my decision to be a patient here!

Today I had my first cavity filled at the youngish age of 42. I didn't really know what to expect, but Ally and Dr. Samantha Britt were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly impressed with the entire team and the experience was virtually painless. Also, I love the automated office environment. Seamless execution. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks to Ally for telling me everything that was about to happen throughout the procedure and to Dr. Britt for prompt, professional treatment!!! Fab!

Excellent service and an extremely friendly staff. Bryn was my hygienist and she could not have been friendlier. Dr. Martin made me feel very comfortable and explained what was going on with my teeth. I have to go back to get a bit more work done and the prices are more reasonable than any dentist I have been to before. I am new to the area and am glad I found my new dentist in Village Dental!

Had the pleasure of an appointment with Village Dental yesterday - hands down best dental experience in my 31 years. Ashton was my coordinator, Britt was my hygienist, and Dr. Maya Martin was my dentist. Three of the coolest and most accommodating people east of the Mississippi. Nay, west of Jupiter. You can readily tell everyone at Village Dental prides themselves on patient comfort and happiness. Great facilities, ambience, and comprehensive same day services, if needed. The place has earned every bit of its stellar reputation.

I have been coming to Village Dental since I was around 17 years old, and they have been the greatest dental place I have been to. The staff is always friendly, and they always make sure you are comfortable. They let you know if something is wrong and give advice to improve your dental hygiene. I did the 6 - 10 month braces here as well and the results are amazing. My teeth are beautifully straight and I can't thank so enough to Dr. Maya for doing a fantastic job. Dr. Maya and her staff are the most amazing and hard working people I have ever met, and I will always continue and recommend this place to friends and family.

Village Dental- North Raleigh is the absolute best! I drive 30+minutes to get my dental work done. Everyone is so caring and provides the best customer service from the time you enter the door until you leave. If you have a fear of the dentist this is the location you should visit . Everything is explained in detail and every staff member makes sure you feel comfortable. I literally mean every detail and I love it! I found my lifetime dentist, Dr. Maya Martin is very observant and is detail orientated. She truly rocks! I absolutely love my dental assistants D and T! We are like old friends waiting to catch up from my previous visits. It makes me feel good as a patient that every time I come they are ready to do my next orthodontic adjustment, cleaning, or whatever dental service I may need. I have requested them for all my visits and the staff made it happen! Wonderful! Besides the one of a kind, award worthy customer service you will receive , the office is beautiful! It is clean, modern, and so savvy!

Was referred here by a good friend and so glad we came! The staff is amazing and they treat us so well! Ashton is our fabulous payment and treatment coordinator and we have so enjoyed working with her! She has a passion and care for her patients and it shows! My favorite assistant is Jenny- she's the sweetest! Laura has been good to us too- from Dr. Martin to Dr. Rodriguez- we are fans! They are always able to get us in so fast- we appreciate that so much! Wisdom tooth extractions and fillings, cleanings and exams, we've been through a lot in a short time with them and we recommend them to our friends and family :) Thanks Village Dental- It's great being a part of your dental family!

Village Dental has been my best dental experience ever! I have been pleased with the staff. Jill in particular has made me feel like me and my dental care is important! She's reminded me of my care plan and any assistance that could help me finally get my dental issues handled! I also had the BEST cleaning by Courtney! She was gentle but very thorough and personable. And Alena helped me at checkout, i appreciated her friendliness. Overall i am very impressed and highly recommend Village Dental! Thank you
