Had some extensive work done on my old Toyota and they handled it amazingly. The inspection they gave was very thorough (caught some stuff another shop missed and explained why it was likely looked over) and kept me updated about the status of the car during it's repairs. Repair suggestions were always paired with a clear reason and were all done perfectly.

Can’t say enough positive things about this team. Quality parts, fluids, service, etc. from the techs as well as consistent communication from the office. Plenty of shops you could go to that couldn’t care less about your issues, but Choice Auto truly has gone above and beyond every time I have been here. Alton, Kit, both Tim’s, and the other Techs that work here are well-trained, communicative and honest. Hands down the only shop I would consider in Raleigh to work on my car, period.

When I unexpectedly had car problems on my way to work, they got me in quickly and were able to tell me what was wrong with my car in no time! They took the time to explain the needed repairs and the cost beforehand. They ordered the parts and got my car back to running like new as quickly as possible. I even sent my boss here after he had a terrible experience at a car dealership for routine upkeep on his wife’s car. He said he Choice Auto Repair was “Amazing!” and he’s never going anywhere else.

The staff at Choice Auto Repair are friendly and efficient, and the communication was clear. The estimated work times were accurate both times I've used this garage. The prices were more than fair and given up front. I'm very happy with my experience here.

Choice Auto Repair is fantastic, and Kit is wonderful! I scheduled an appointment to have the AC fixed, but there were a few other issues noted as well on my 2008 4runner. Choice Auto Repair was transparent with what needed to be done with my vehicle, explained everything in a kind way that I could understand, and was not pushy at all which I appreciated. Having just moved to the area, it can be challenging to find a mechanic you can trust but Kit made it easy. Highly recommend!

Choice Auto Repair is our go-to place for anything beyond an oil change. The service and pricing is fair and as a busy realtor, I appreciated a loaner! They go out of their way to make sure that everything is at a high standard. I'm so grateful for their help with maintenance and repairs to keep my Prius running smooth!

I have been a loyal customer of Choice Auto since I discovered them in 2002. Even I live an hour away now, I still go back to Raleigh to see them for major repairs (anything more than an oil change or fluid checks) because they know me, they know my car, and they've always been fair in pricing and explaining to me (a lay person) what they are doing and why. Today my car totally died on the side of the road far from home and AAA towed it to a local mechanic, who asked me when my alternator was last replaced. I had no idea, but I called Choice Auto and they happily checked my service record to give me an answer so the emergency mechanic could narrow down diagnostics. They've kept my vehicle in near perfect condition (in 12 years, this is the first time it has ever "broken down" because they've always kept up with my preventative maintenance.) Everyone at Choice is wonderful and I recommend them to everyone I know.

After reviewing many shops in the Raleigh area, I took a full engine swap project to Choice Auto Repair. The swap required complete restoration of the "new" 1982 motor, re-engineering of the motor to original performance, and repairs to brakes, suspension, cooling, transmission, and electrical components. Not only was Alton accurate in estimating the cost of the job before even starting, he went above and beyond to personally ensure that everything went together correctly and was safe for use. Choice Auto Repair didn't just fix the car, they took ownership of my problem and provided a complete solution.

I really loved this place. I'm a student at NC State so I needed someone near school to fix a small issue. They were great. Fast, knowledgeable, friendly. Not to mention they have a 10% discount for students! I will be recommending them to others.

I've lived in Raleigh for 27 years and tried a lot of different mechanics. Finally found a place that really takes the time to listen to the car and the customer and diagnose a problem. Not sure why it took me so long to find them, but I'm on board with these guys for the long haul.

I have a 2001 Toyota Camry that I am trying to keep alive and Choice Auto has been instrumental in achieving just that. I tend to let problems go for a while but every time I take my car into Choice, it comes out running like new. They are honest and will tell me if something needs to be fixed or if it can wait (or not be done at all since the car is older). I appreciate their honesty and their expertise. They are awesome to work with!

I have been going there for several years, because women in my church told me how good Choice was in repairing their vehicles, and I tell you they were correct. I feel my vehicle is in safe and accurate hands. Service and repair diagnosis are A+++. My vehicle is always fixed perfectly. Choice really cares about their customers. You can be guaranteed of a positive experience.
