After being a good paying and loyal customer for many years I am taking my family elsewhere. After being harrassed and threatened multiple times over an appointment confirmation Im done with this place. I should have left last year after they messed up my bill and threatened me with collections. I always paid my bills and made my appointments.

Never in my life has a business booked an appointment over the appointment I had. They filled the spot with the excuse after 150 phone calls to confirm, they had to fill the spot. This is not the first time the administration team has done things not to par. The office manager is extremely mean not only to actual patients but the staff themselves. After many years, I've decided that this is not a normalway to run a business. Love the dentist and hygengenist, but am not willing to put up with how the business is being run. There are many better places that will actually take care of the patients in all ways, not to just get

I’ve been coming here ever since I was 15 and on June 29th I’ll be 21. When I tell y’all that I never use to like the dentist I mean it especially because I have Bad anxiety. They have just been so caring and understanding and mindful of your feelings. They want you to be comfortable they have made me feel relaxed while getting my tooth extraction. You much go here all the staff is polite.

I initially chose this office a year ago when I had an unexpected issue arise. I had to find an office quickly versus driving almost two hours to my lifelong dentist's office. Couldn't be more pleased with that decision! Dr. Ladimer and everyone on his staff are kind, helpful, and friendly. I have now made New Hope Dental Care my "home" office!

I have been going to Dr P, since He took over for Dr Booth back when i was a child. I followed him to his new practice, New Hope dental care. When Dr P retired i stayed and Dr L is just as amazing as Dr P has always been! The ladies are very attentive and Pleasent to visit and work with!! Great place for kids as well! They see them in the same visit and keep them entertained!!

From my very first appintment, I have been extremely pleased with the entire staff at New Hope Dental Care. My son was there recently and was not able to complete his visit because he was nervous. Jackie and Tonya called me to make me aware and made sure my son got home safely by having him call them back when he arrived. That showed me they really care about their patients and the families they serve. For that I will always be grateful to them for caring so much. Thank you staff!!

I went to Dr. Petrocella for a second opinion after another dentist told me I needed over $7000 of dental work. Just as I had suspected he said most of it was not necessary and fixed what I did need for a reasonable price. Three years later I still haven't needed that work! I really trust him and his staff is very friendly and helpful.

I just went in for another cleaning. My husband and I have been patients here for over 10 years. Dr. Petrocella and his staff have always been top notch. They are great about reminders and informing us before hand of charges. They not only make me feel like they are looking out for my dental well being but also for what would fit into my budget.
