Excellent car shopping experience! Very knowledgeable, friendly and fair staff. Not pushy or overbearing in any way. Their car selection is great and provided us exactly what we were looking for at an awesome price. Answered all our questions and provided impeccable and professional service! Would highly recommend Weaver Brothers Volvo without reservation.
Excellent experience at Weaver Brothers Volvo Cars. Highly recommend Ron and the rest of the team. If you are interested in a Volvo you have to come here. Even after visiting several other car dealerships in the area this was hands down the best place we visited. They gave us a great deal, and were very accommodating to our needs and wants. Five stars!
I worked with Weaver Brothers recently in my car search. While I have been in a Tahoe for 13 years, I was intrigued by the Volvo. My first visit to Weaver, I was greeted by Jon Tew. He was very professional, courteous, and not a pushy sales- Good, not pushy. I visited multiple times, he ran multiple searches, and was very patient and excellent in his communication with me. The car that I was looking for, was just a hard one, and after a long search, and lots of help, it was almost like trying to find a unicorn, and at my price match. While I did not end up buying from Weaver, I highly recommend them and Jon Tew as a Sales rep!
Go see my man, Ned Clark. He will take the best care of you! Weaver is awesome and always takes the utmost care of their customers. Ned helped me get the best deal on a V60 Premier and made sure I was updated throughout the entire process. He is thorough, explains things in a way that is understandable, and makes sure there are no surprises. I highly recommend getting a car from Weaver Brothers Volvo Cars. Andy and his team are solid people! Don't go anywhere else, come here and you'll be in for a great customer experience.
Very pleasant experience purchasing my new Volvo cross country and trading my old vehicle. Very fair pricing on both ends, and the sales rep (Ron) was easy to work with and very respectful. No hard sell. The dealership had a great inventory and we got the exact car we wanted. No complaints! At this point in my life, I think I've purchased about a dozen new cars, and this has been the easiest transaction yet. If you're in the market for a Volvo, I would highly rate this dealership.
Every time I visit their shop for service it feels like there are a team of people working for me. I've had my Volvo for 5 years and have been going to Weaver for the past couple of years, mostly for service. Every time has been great, but this time was exceptional. I was having brake issues that couldn't wait until over the weekend. They were able to squeeze me in, and remained patient with me when I rushed them a bit through the repair (I had to get back to work). In addition to that, I interacted with at least 5 or more people in a variety of capacities and each one gave me great service.
While waiting on my repairs, I walked around the show room and talked about Volvo cars with one of the sales people (even though he knew I was only there for service). Meanwhile, Cindy (auto mechanic) remained in communication with me describing my service and showing me the brakes that needed repaired. I'll add that I was thrilled to have a woman working on my car! She's a badass. Jessica (service manager) answered all of my billing questions. There were several other mechanics and team members who assisted me during my visit. Again, it felt like there was an entire team working just for me.
I could take my car elsewhere for service I'm sure and maybe even pay less. But the clean garage, attentive service, and quality of work is worth it to me. Plus, I love my Volvo. Thanks Weaver!!
Bought xc90 on 2016, lot of issues. Phone calls are Extremely difficult to reached a human. Long wait time on appointment and repair time. Regret of purchased this vehicle from this dealership.
I LOVE my 2015 s60 but will NOT purchase another Volvo due to the terrible service from our local dealer Raleigh has 2 Volvo dealerships within ~100miles, both owned by Weaver Brothers.
First realization that Weaver brothers had issues was an appointment a month out for an oil change(that can only be done at volvo) despite the fact I was about to leave for a few thousand mile trip and was already 3000 over due to the wait.
Next was the shift knob that looks terrbile and was deemed physical damage Poor quality plastic fatigue is not physical damage nor could damage cause the appearance issue.
The largest issue is the loss of power during acceleration. The turbo males a set of repeated clicks and looses 90% of engine power. This has nearly cost me my life in an failed attept to merge because of power loss.
To make this all better, try calling service and see if you can actually get an answer
I've been standing in service seeing the line ring off the hook and they don't really care"They'll call back if its important"
Overall just very disappointed. I'm due to trade my vehicle in and would love an s90 After the horrible experiences with Weaver Brothers, I have major hesitations buying another Volvo despite loving the one I have Thats not the level of service you should receive from a company selling luxury vehicles.
Awsome service love my car . Recommend this place to everyone !!
You won't find over the top amenities that you see at some car dealerships, but the people are friendly, the place is super clean, and if you need a Volvo, they'll happy sell you one.
Sadly I agree with others. This location for Volvo is terrible. Very unhappy with the sales guy. Won't go back.
I would give it 0 starts but I can't, came in and people completely ignore me for about 15 minutes of me standing outside because they are under construction, also the person that talked that finally greeted me told me to go to the wrong door, then finally the parts guy was nice and he did try to help me but the person he passed me to seem like he hates his job, or just didn't want to be there. A Horrible experience.
I bought my V70 from this location a few years back. At first the service was great and very quick, but over the last year that's changed. It's extremely difficult to get in for servicing. Which is unfortunate as we were looking at purchasing an additional family vehicle, but have chose to look at other locations.
Top notch service! The staff and customer service are excellent at Weaver Brothers Volvo. They are honest, helpful and trustworthy and the service department goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Highly recommend for buying a Volvo or taking yours in for service.
I purchased my first car with Weaver Brothers, and every car after. From my boxy, well loved S70 to my new XC60, Weaver Brothers has provided excellent service. I love being apart of a business who has been in Raleigh for so many years. Would never trust my car with anyone else!
I went in to have a software update performed to correct the defective alarm system. I paid over $100 for the software update and another $75 to have a key programmed.
I went to the parts counter to ask about a part and the man working behind the counter was very unprofessional and made profane sexual remarks to someone on a phone call while I stood there.
Following the software update. The service adviser told me my timing belt had cracks and needed replacement. The belt was replaced less than 10,000 miles ago (somewhere else) and still clearly shows the paint labeling on the outside of the belt that would have been worn off by the idler arm if it were even 50,000 miles into it's life. There are also no stress cracks in the belt.
Weaver Brothers Volvo service was unprofessional, profane and told me that I needed service when I did not.
I won't be going back for service.
Came into the dealership a couple of weeks ago having very little knowledge of what I truly needed but spent a couple of hours on google in hopes that I wouldn't sound completely crazy. I spent some time with Cindy, who was fairly new and very patient with me. Tim came over to assist and he was extremely helpful as well. Neither made me feel stupid and I left with the correct part. This is why I continue to go back to Volvo! Thanks!
