this is the worst dealer I have ever seen, unproffessional and unetical management, salesmen want to sell no matter what, they do not care if they lie or scam you just to make the sale, worse than them is thier bosses, I am a physician in town and preferred to go there and benefit local dealer, it was a shame the way they scammed me and lied, they will mislead you no matter what, I can take the loss but what about retired and low income people who go there to buy ?

Courteous, kind, great value for the card that I purchased. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products they represent and are always willing to help an individuals with the correct purchase for their lifestyle. I will continue to purchase any future vehicles from Village Cadillac and Village Toyota of Homosassa. I recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle or meeting service on their vehicles.

The customer service is excellent. Tommy came to our home, took off the flat tire, put on a spare, then returned the next day with a brand new one so my wife didn't have to travel 30 miles going 40 miles an hour. Village Cadillac went above what we expected and could not be any happier.

I had my Cadillac SRX serviced here with the assistance of Service Adviser Debbie Henry. I was initially concerned with my engine light being on. The diagnostic test revealed that I needed several repairs. I spoke with Debbie multiple times as she patiently informed me about the cost and necessity of these repairs. I appreciated her attentive customer service skills. I will always ask or recommend Debbie Henry for any service inquires. I'm confident that she's an asset to the Village Cadillac Dealership.

Just wanted to take a moment and say what an altogether pleasant experience I had purchasing my Buick Lacrosse.
I saw the vehicle on line and worked with Jesse Butzer,Sales Consultant..

During the course of a few days we communicated back and forth via phone & emails, arranged a time on Sunday for an appointment'. I live in Sarasota, so it was a 2 hour drive each way for me and I wanted to have as many I's dotted & T's crossed before arriving at the dealership.

The reason for this purchase was that my car was totaled in a four way crash last week and I was dealing with multiple communications between insurance companies(4), lawyers, and car rental agencies. My mind was not quite as "Centered" & focused as I normally am..Jesse was very professional AND patient throughout this process. He even arranged for Enterprise to pick up my rental vehicle at the dealership.

I have been in retail all my life, and an employee of Home Depot for over 25 years and know the value of excellent customer service!! Jesse Butzer exemplifies all the characteristics of a consummate professional..Please extend to him my thanks for a job well done!! on a scale of 1-10, I would say he is definitely an 11!!

Baught a new Toyota on Christmas eve. This is the kindest and most professional car dealership my wife and I have experienced. Sam, the sales rep that took care of us was nothing but kind and helpful. The service department rep we had Rob was fantastic. We will definitely be back to Village Toyota.
