Tom and I have taken out of state guests on Captain Mike's River Cruise 3 timesso far. Whenever we have out of state guests we take them on Captain Mike's River Cruise because we know they will have a great Florida adventure.
Captain Mike knows The Withlacoochee River, the wildlife, trees, plants, birds, the history of the river and how the seasons effect it all. Captain Mike is knowledgeable, up-beat, positive and willing to share his knowledgeenjoy, listen and learn.
Every time we have taken guests on this cruise we have seen gatorswhat a great Florida treat.
Withlacoochee was named by The Seminole Indians many years ago and means 'Little Great River'. The River is unique for many reasonsone is because it flows South to North

Capt. Mike is wonderful. His knowledge of the river is outstanding. I'm a native Floridian and was surprised at everything I didn't know. He's very personable and accomadating. He is also entertaining. I would recommend it as one of the best bargains in Dunnellon river trips. Marianne Ven Ditto

We had an absolutely beautiful morning on the water. Captain Mike gave us a wonderful tour where we say tiny alligators, medium sized alligators and big alligators. We also saw a limpkin, kites, hawks, frog eggs, flowers and much more. Excellent tour for the price. I will do this tour again.
