Horrible customer service! We evacuated Irma with 3 dogs, my mom was extremely desperate for a restroom. Woman at the front office was horribly rude to her. Next time there is a giant hurricane headed to FL again, I hope someone shows more sympathy to you than you did to my mother.

What a fleabag. Very low water pressure. Planned on a month. But got the hell out of thete in less than a week. Major sewer issues

Initially Connie was amazing and accondated me very well. When I had issues she resolved them. However as time went on she became more and more aggressive towards me and even tried to blame me when she decided that it was okay to go into my bedroom without notifying me. She ended up evicting me after a run in with someone at the park who was apparently a local but decided that it was okay to walk up to my front porch at 1130 at night and confront my room mate about his truck being too loud (good riddance it's a truck ). I left peaceably and was able to get my things which I was grateful for now two months later I accidently had Amazon packages delivered to that address I called and told her about the mistake and asked if it was possible to come pick them up. Instead she chose to turn them away and now i have to drive 45 minutes away to pick them up. Karen is amazing she was always extremely helpful and has done her best to help me but just based off of how poorly I was treated I would never recommend staying here. Connie is rude and money hungry and takes forever to fix anything that goes wrong.

Complete dump. Rented an rv and made the mistake of paying for it before I saw it in person. Very old and unkept. Water damage in the ceilings and the whole place smells of mold. Huge stains on the pillow cases. Avoid this place at all cost not worth it!!!

Run down.. Management is not good at all.. Always smells like sewer leakage.. Never fix things right that need fixing right away..Too high priced.. Which is too bad cause it's right on the water.. if there was different management, this place could be nice..

The laundromat is clean and convenient. Well stocked restrooms. And nice pool facing river. Canoes, boat launch, fishing dock. Relax on the river. And piece and quiet.
