I've never write a review before but I have to on this campground. This is by far the worst campground I've ever stay at. The kids less than 15 years old ride golf cart up and down the road and turn on the music so loud while they're driving their golf cart. I'm not talking about a few trip here and there. I mean all day long all these people do is driving their golf cart around as this is what they do for fun. If you like quiet and peaceful than stay away from this place. if I can give it 0 star I would. I would never come back here even they paid me to stay at the campground I still wouldn't.

Been going here for years. Great time, every time!!!! The owners and all the guests have always been courteous and friendly. Sure a bit loud sometimes 😀. Fun times!!!!

Marvelous place full of friendly people. Relaxing setting on the Halls River in Homosassa. You can easily go by boat or kayak to the famed head springs of the Homosassa River or head up the Halls River, The Halls River is very shallow in many areas but the pure beauty of this river and its surroundings convinced me that nature intended for this river to be forever shallow so it wouldn't get overcrowded with big boats. We highly recommend RVing at Natures Resort in Homosassa Florida and taking time to enjoy the waters of the Homosassa and Halls Rivers while you are there.

This place is mainly for RV's but they do have a tent site; maybe just one or two I'm not sure. I tent camped and had a great time. The people were very friendly and the facilities were clean and tidy. I made my reservation over the phone for a tent site and when I got there they actually gave me an RV site. I went back to the office to question the reservation and luckily they had a tent site open; although we were the only tent. But it did have electric, a picnic table and we had plenty of space around us. The garbage dumpster was just a short walk away so it was convenient. The ladies in the office and store were very friendly and fun to talk with. I bought some of their scented candles and loved them; they smelled amazing! The Seagrass Pub and Grill is just across the street (West Halls River Rd) and within walking distance from the campground which we loved. They also have many activities going on in the clubhouse and sometimes dinner specials announced over the loudspeaker.

Beware if you reserve over phone as i did make a deposite then they email you cancellation policy of course with a 90% rain chance i tried to move it to following weekend they declined my deposite is lost or camp in rain . I have camped here many times before over the years and now will never return .there are other campgrounds in area that are nicer. Just a shame they would rather lose a returning customer (since 1998) then just change the date ( not asking for refund )i normally just show up and never reserved before my mistake as i never not been able to get a site that way so save your self the money and agravation dont make a reservation

Didn't enjoy the stay, older adults are allowed to drink and drive around on the karts, which is completely inappropriate. I rented a golf kart (which they ID me to verify my age which is 21) and when the kart was returned by someone I was camping with they had gotten a lecture about children driving the karts and ALMOST DIDN'T GET MY DEPOSIT BACK! Now only Me (21) and one other person (20) drove this kart, that is completely disrespectful to hold my deposit because I don't look 21. Which is weird because I must have looked 21 to the lady in the gift shop that did not ID me when buying beer. It's loud and there is nothing do really do here except drive in circles on the golf kart.

This place is a RV resort so expectations should not be hi. However, this place does have waterfront sites, onsite bar, boat ramp, live music, drink specials and friendly staff. If you like quiet time do not get a site near the marina/bar. The place gets busy on the weekends and holidays.

Facilities were perfectly fine but here it is 1230 am and I can't sleep because of the obnoxious drunk people. 1 person I could write off but there are multiple in several directions. I'm told it's a regular occurrence by other tent campers. Will not stay here again. Will warn everyone I know away from here.

The people working here are wonderful. Except the mail lady. She seemed bitter about life. I did not like the no-see-ums. I was miserable! It's swampy Florida area though so what do you expect?

The new area of the park was a joke! They were 10 years late in building the space. What that means is none of the spots are big enough to accommodate larger rigs which are more popular now than they were 10 years ago. The spots are also very very sandy. There were a few rigs that got stuck while we were there. The pool is pretty small. The kids park area is in full shade shop that's nice but also lots of dirt. They have a marina that does karaoke every weekend. The laundry room long but very narrow. All machines are on the same side. They have 3 different sized washers. Single, double, and 4 load washers. The dryers are huge and work very well. Quarters only!

The roads are very tight to get through even with just a car!

What an awesome campgroundwe camped over New Years weekend, it was extremely busy, but that was to be expected. Everyone is very friendly, easy check-in and out. Campsites provide picnic tables, they rent pontoon boats and even allow dogs on them. They offer a great kids area with blow up slides and a bounce pad. We stayed in D12 on the water, you pay extra but the view is well worth it and you have your own dock to fish from or tie a boat up to. The Bath houses are nice and clean. They serve a great breakfast at the restaurant on the weekends that is very reasonable and good. The store is well stocked with a little of everything. They are very dog friendly which is great for us since we have 5, where most only allow 2. Will definitely be back and bringing friends with us. Highly recommend a stay if your in the area.
