The manager of this place is an jerk! My 8 year old nephew, yes e-i-g-h-t, just had his birthday party at this very fine establishment. His ball, a very lightweight 6lb ball bought for a 3 yr old boy at the time, was broke during the party after coming through the ball return. We brought it to the service desks attention, they said no problem they will fix it and if they can't they will purchase another one. Not expected, but Great! After almost a month since the party my brother, my nephew's father, called to get status. The owner proceeded to tell him that this is just a $20, 6lb piece of crap ball and they are not going to do anything about it. He also was not even going to call to let him know that because he doesn't have time for stuff like that. Funny because when we walked in there they were SO busy that we were the only ones in there! I do understand that this is only a 6lb ball, again bought for a 3 year old's birthday, but when told that they would take care of it, that is just assumed they would do so. Their excellent business skills must be working very well for them if they cannot even afford the "$20" to replace such a crappy ball for an eight year old at his birthday party. By the way, the money is not even the issue at this point, I would go out and buy him anything in the world he wanted, it is the principle and the fact that this person should obviously have nothing to do with the public let alone running a business!
