We enjoyed our time spent there with our father. Many great memories were made with the help of staff, planned activities, family events and attractions on site. We dined with him, played putt putt and watched the peacocks often. Our father George Straka was so appreciative the opportunity to live there his last few years. It is a tremendous resource her in our community.

My father was well taken care of during his time there. He passed at the end of January. I tried to conclude his affairs that very day. I was told they only close bank accounts at months end and they had already done so for the month. So my fathers account would not be seen to until the end of February . In the middle of February I was told that nothing could be done until I signed a document. Something that could have been done when I initially asked to conclude affairs in January. It is now two days from the beginning of April and all I have gotten in response to my inquiries is that "the check is in the mail." This is no way to conduct business. You have prolonged an already grievous matter.

Mother was terrified of placing Dad, of course. We had no other choice. Each and every one of the staff that we met from the first point of contact to the introductions to the nurses, activities therapist to the food delivery, we were so impressed. Mother is very critical and was a nursing supervisor for many years. We left with peace knowing that we feel he is in good hands. Thank you so very much for taking care of our father and husband. He is and was the greatest man. Facility was clean, organized, and comfortable. Good food in the dining room for $4 per person including drink and dessert. Yes, we had dinner with Dad. Daily activites. I could go on and on.

Dad is well looked after, kept clean and mostly engaged. Environment is clean and interesting, well staffed with friendly individuals.
