Dr. Wong took amazing care of my grandma who fell and broke her hip. His bed side manner is wonderful and you can tell he truly cares about his patients.

I found that making an appointment to see Dr. Wong was difficult. After waiting a long time to be seen on my first visit, I was sent for tests. Following the completion of the tests I visited Sandusky Orthopedics to make a follow up appointment. The treatment that I received was rude and unprofessional. When I said that I didn't understand why it would take so long to see Dr. Wong for the follow up, I was told to "figure it out myself".
A lady leaving when I did, approached me and said that she wished that she had the nerve to tell them what I did, which was that I was sure that I could find another orthopedic surgeon more easily than making an appointment with them!
