Thank you. To all of you. You've taken such great care of my fiance. Dr. Herceg made both of us so comfortable and confident in his ability to fix my fiance's spinal issues. The staff in the pre-op were so considerate, kind, and informative. The post-op staff was phenomenal. They made us laugh, made sure we were informed and genuinely cared about their patient. The whole experience was far more than either of us anticipated it being. Thank you all so very much! :)

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. All of the staff, ALL of them, were kind, courteous, empathetic, attentive, communicative, prompt, and showed genuine concern for my emotional and physical well-being. All involved were obviously well seasoned at their respective positions in making this visit as thorough and expedient as possible. Dr. Herceg took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, as well as instill confidence in me that he was the exact surgeon for the job. While clearly busy, he made me feel heard and understood, unrushed, and comfortable in what was to come. CiCi did a wonderful job of further explaining what to expect in the process leading up to and following my surgery. All in all a first rate experience.

This office is fantastic. I had an MRI ordered by Dr Ty Fowler on Friday, Nov 3, 2017. The check in process was great. They sent me down to the MRI department and they were great. A young gentlemen came out and took information and Emily took me back right at scheduled time to perform the MRI. There was another young lady with her but I don't remember her name. Emily explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. So many medical places make you feel like just a number and a lot of time the staff are rude But EVERYONE you see at Orthopedic One in Upper Arlington makes you feel special and treat you with compassion. The staff is great! Dr Scott Vanstein was very informative and he let me be the one to make every decision about my care. I ended up having arthroscopic knee surgery and it couldn't have gone any better. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family. Great experience!

I saw Dr. Miely and have nothing good to say about the entire encounter. He had been called in on-call to see me after two consecutive days in the ER. He was resentful and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, not giving me any warning that he was leaving and gave me no chance for follow-up questions. 90% of the time he was talking he was actually addressing my mom, despite the fact that she was just my ride and I'm a 30 year old woman capable of being addressed. He shunted me off for other procedures and never spoke to me again. I had only his unpleasant assistant to talk to and she made the experience even more unpleasant. Dr. Miely never gave me a long term plan for my recovery. I had to call and beg for updates and information, finally taking my own initiative. He refused to consider me for a handicap sticker and wouldn't talk to me himself so I could lay out my case. He didn't believe me that the pain meds were not working for me, again, not bothering to talk to me himself. After two months of extreme pain and failed procedures and physical therapy I sought out a new surgeon. This office was able to see me right away, treated me a lot better, spoke to me directly. At this visit I learned that Dr. Miely missed a key point on my MRI and failed to catch the extremity and difference in my condition. Additionally, he'd explained this gruesome and invasive surgery to fix what was wrong with me. After seeing this new surgeon, that is not anywhere close to the typical and accepted method for treatment. Instead it is a quick outpatient surgery that can have me back to work within the week, provided there are no complications. I am extremely unhappy that Dr. Miely missed all this and was such a disappointment as I am coming up on three straight months of extreme nerve pain that likely could have been fixed a lot sooner had he known his craft and cared enough to look at my MRI closely. He also needs to update his craft if he is unaware of advances in back surgery methods. I hope he wouldn't put someone through the invasive surgery he described when the practices nowadays are so much easier. On top of all this, Orthopedic One is too large to be effective. I had to call multiple times to get a call back and they messed up my paperwork which causes lots of grief.

Everyone fantastic. Dr. Sahai and staff treat you like family. A year ago I got 2 new hips in 6 weeks. My surgeries were performed onsite at the Orthopedic Institute of Excellence. I couldn't ask for better care and results. If I could, I'd give them a 10 star rating.

After years of severe back pain and pain management just pumping me full of narcotics, I've had multiple surgeons telling me my back either wasn't bad enough for surgery or others saying it was too risky, learn to live with it they wouldn't touch me, I came here and seen Dr Herceg he performed spine fusion surgery, the 1st few weeks were rough But he is by far the best surgeon ever, he gave me my life back. I can now go threw life without depending on pain meds and not having a life living in excruciating pain. I also appreciate his assistant CC she goes above and beyond to help her patients.

In about 3 months I got two new hips. I'm at my 2 year mark they are still working fine.
