This place is filthy. I went to a 'manager' 3 times, and complained to the tournament director about the disgusting women's restroom, which obviously had not been cleaned for the entire weekend that we were stuck there for a hockey tournament. I finally talked to the rink owner, who said that he personally saw that it was 'spotless' that same morning ( Sunday ). That was clearly a lie, as the same smear of brown slime that was on the floor on Friday was still there. All other surfaces looked like they had not been cleaned in months. I am looking for a way to report them to the health department.

Lots of activities here.very busy. Teams playing scheduled basketball games and hockey was happening too plus children had a bounce play area. I did not visit all areas of this venue so not sure what else they had going on but it was quite large and divided out.

A wonderful family place the children will love. Lots to do including: trampoline park, zip lines, rock wall climbing, ice rinks, basketball courts and they even have a restraunt inside. Heard that a virtual reality attraction should be coming soon. Can't wait!

Where to start. Horrible maintained ice. Dips and chunks of ice missing, the worst zamboni driver i ever seen (half the ice is bone dry, a 1/3 is puddles and the low spots are dangerous), no lines, no goal crease paint and no care at all. Its someones cash cow. Thats about it. Too much going on here so parking is a nightmare. They charge goalies for open hockey (only a few rinks do), the place smells like moldy butts and wet popcorn. Its sad that this is one of only 3 publicly skated rinks around. After my review i got a call from someone who left a message. Creepy.

Drove from Dayton in need of skates. The shop owner took me to a second location so I could get what i was looking for and at a discount. Well worth the 30+ minute drive.

It would have been very helpful for them to post on their website to bring your own roller skates We came a long way for nothing. Every rink I ever been to rented skates. Very disappointing.

This place is a little older, but it seems.to be well kept and there are lots of things to do here. The trampolines, zip lining, and Rock wall are all fun ways to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. They also have ice skating, a roller hockey rink, and basketball courts. We have been to a few birthday parties there and the kids have always had a blast. They also have a bar where you can watch the roller hockey and zip lining, and can grab a bite and a drink. The ice rink is absolutely freezing so dress warm whether you plan to skate or watch in the side.

Service sucks, try getting the attention of the staff while they are all on their cell phones behind counter. Smelled like wet dog combined with B.O. as well.

Terrible service, rude staff. Waited in line for 20 minutes to pay for my excited 5 year old to jump. Was told at the register to fill out a waiver and get back in line. Seriously? I will never bring my kids back here again. Disorganized and chaotic. I recommend going to Skyzone.

Even though I'm at this place weekly, it's dirty, 2 stars is generous in my experience. It's unwelcoming because of the rude staff, Who all seem to be on their own time and could care less about customer service. Only thing keeps me coming is the hockey leagues, which there is a lack of in SW Ohio. And from my understanding the Hockey is separate from the zip lining and basketball. The hockey side of things is at least fun. I can't say the same for the other stuff at this place

By far the worst ice skating rink I have ever been to. They had a place to rent out skates but didn't have sizes 8-9 they had two left size 8. People were rude, awkward, and flat out mean. The ice was soft and felt hollow, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in week. Way over priced for the quality you get.
