Their service is terrible. Their flights are never on time, planes are always broken. Multiple times, I schedule a flights to Pittsburgh 4 to 5 hrs before my flight is suppose to leave Pittsburgh, but it always gets delayed to the point I am pushing time to get to my flight. I have even had to get a new flight because of them twice.
