This location is usually great about getting cars tested quickly and getting you on your way. I visited last month and I was in and out in 10 minutes or less.

The employees are good about getting people through as fast as possible but they could open up a third lane for the older vehicles to help with the long wait.

A very nice staff, but certainly not the quickest. If you are in a vehicle that doesn't have to be ran on the machine, and you get stuck behind someone that does, you must wait until they finish to be able to leave.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. They were efficient when testing vehicles and kept line moving. Location was very clean! One of the best testing locations in Southern Arizona!

Went there today to have my F-350 truck tested. A young man by the name of Art was very militant and out right rude. He was barking verbal orders and incredibly abrubt. I told him he was rude and he just thought it was funny. He told me if I had a complaint, that I could talk to someone inside. I did just that. The manager was very helpful and said he would take care of it.

got my 1968 mustang tested and they wouldn't let me finish the test because my radiator overflow was letting water out of the radiator. They said if i was leaking any fluids they couldn't test me. Cars that old don't have overflow tanks to re-circulate water from the block that gets hot and expands. There's a tube that lets the expanding water out of the system so the pressure doesn't build up. Anybody that knew anything about cars would know this. They were super rude about it too!

The service was quick, the employee was nice & knowledgeable, and the wait was short. Was able to pull up, get everything done in less than 5 minutes around 9 AM, and speed away with a passed test. I have had occasions where the wait is awful and sluggish, but that was my error for waiting until the end of the month (and the service was still fast during these times).
