Don was very informative regarding the upgrade to our security system.
He ensured that all parts of the system were working properly. The customer service department was also very helpful in getting the system upgrades completed during this service call so a return visit was not necessary.

Technician was very courteous, he called before arrival and was here by 8am. He checked front door sensor & then replaced it. He changed batteries in sensor on back door, glass break sensor & key fob. Thank you for keeping my home safe!

While living in Louisiana for 40+ years, our security provider was eventually bought out by Vector Security, who we had never seen advertised nor heard of in the local area. We decided to go with Vector for a continuation at a very reasonable rate. Then we moved to our current location in Amherst, Virginia. When we informed Vector Security we were moving to Virginia they immediately mentioned that we could continue our service at our new residence if we wished, and we could also continue to receive our reasonable rate based upon our "seniority" with them. Our new home in Virginia did not have a security system installed, and we were not going to occupy the home for several months, so my wife arranged to have her brother (who lived in the immediate area) and Vector Security install our new system communicating by telephone on what our needs would be, what she wanted and all the other "bells and whistles" she thought we would need. EVERYTHING was accomplished by phone - system installation, placement of alarms, camera door bell, and all the remaining necessities. I was just "AWESTRUCT" sitting at our kitchen counter in Louisiana listening to my wife and the Vector Security installer's (and my brother-in-law) communications skills on pricing etc. Since our move here to Amherst, Virginia, in December 2019, we have had Vector Security to our home on a couple of occasions. In each instance my wife has called for a service call, the response has always been very timely and within reason. They call in advance when they are on the way and always arrive within minutes of their stated time. We are exceptionally pleased with ALL aspects of the service we have received from Vector Security, and we highly recommend them. After our service call this morning, I made the comment to "Don" the technician, that I was a VERY HARD person to impress, but he certainly exceeded my expectations! The company has a dedicated professional in this person indeed. Very prompt, courteous, articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, professional in appearance and leaves no mess or clutter when he leaves the work area. GREAT company with dedicated employees!

We had some malfunction of an equipment and requested a technician to check it out. Donald Martin arrived on time and was very professional, we feel comfortable having him helping to correct the equipment which he did efficiently. He has thorough knowledge and expertise, he carefully diagnosed the problem and was able to correct the problem quickly. We have had him on several occasions and found him to be very pleasant, communicates well and always happy to explain his process and what is needed. We are completely satisfied with his work.

Awful service, overpriced, never anyone available. If the alarm goes off, it takes over 10 minutes for them to call, if they call at all. I don't recommend them for anything.
