  After several visits to achieve a hair color wanted, I give up on this place. If your stylist goes off to get a color consultation with her team & you still don't get what you asked for then it's pretty insane to keep going back. It's also really annoying when you ask for one application of color and they come back to your chair with four bowls of different color because they decided it was best to change the game plan after just talked 15 minutes ago (yes it took that long to mix all that color). Way to go on getting your clients to pay more money by insisting on multiple applications of color because you swear I'm going to love my hair when i'm done. It looked bad by the way. Oh and why are there Aveda products on the product shelves everywhere but you aren't using Aveda hair color on your clients? So all it took was one visit to a salon down the road by the Y and I got exactly the look I wanted with a single application of color.

  Awful. I gave it one star because I had to. Where do I begin? First of all I asked for a cut and blonde highlights, pretty simple, right? Well apparently not for the "stylist" that did my hair. I walked out of there looking like I bought a box color from CVS, while being charged 220$, YEP, TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS. I was sick to my stomach. So I call the salon to speak to the manager and she is too busy to speak to me, so I leave a message for her to call you me back and guess what, doesn't even have the decency to call me!!! Unbelievable. If this review helps just one person, then I've done my job here. This is the first Google review I've ever written in my life!

  Horrible. I had such high hopes for this place. I have naturally (healthy) curly hair. I wanted my curls to be wavy for a wedding. Jen went over it with straightener made it very flat, passed over it too many times & left heat on it way too long. My hair had no body, I had to keep telling her to fix it. At the end she seemed agitated ha. Imagine me. I will never return. 50 wasted.

  I love it there, the staff is always so nice and helpful. Melissa does a phennominal job and my husband and I walk out very satisfied.
