I recently brought my car to John and Maria at O'Brien's for an issue that one area dealership could not figure out. The dealership was stumped by the problem after several visits and offered me guess work solutions that did not ultimately fix my car. After bringing it to O'Brien's John was able to solve the problem and now my car is running great. Not only did he solve the problem, but he did so in an honest and forthright way. John asked me questions to get to the root of the issue, and he and his team used critical thinking and reasoning to ultimately figure it out. I don't know very much about cars, and that can make the process of going in for repairs a stressful one, but with O'Brien's I was comfortable with the entire process. I could tell that they were being transparent and honest the whole time. They didn't pressure me or make me empty promises. I could not be happier with everything they did for me.

The people of this shop were so kind including the owner. Better than any brand name or other local shop. Visit them!! You won't be disappointed. Worth the drive no matter where you live.
