Great place. Super friendly staff, willing work with you. Out rep Heather was the best, made the whole Family feel at ease. From sales to finance, everyone made the expiriance wonderful
Test driving the Wrangler was the best, but walked away with the 2018 Cherokee. Love it! It handles so well, sturdy vehicle. Makes you feel safe.response / report this review -

I had my worst experience buying a vehicle of my entire life. I got jacked around on financing. I told them I wanted to check with my bank. They sent the loan to Horizon before I could check with my bank. I got a better rate with my bank witch made this cost more than it had to. I would never recommend Grieger's motors to anyone. I hope I can go to another dealer for service. After reading more of the reviews that have been posted seem that your people just throw thing at the wall hoping it will stick What kind of price do you put on inconvenience and aggravation.

Had an excellent experience getting my new car with Griegers. Aleaha was wonderful to work with. She wasn't pushy and worked with me to get a car in my budget. She was very friendly and fun to work with with. I recommend everyone to go get a car from her.

traded in my Ram and purchased a brand new Charger. Aleaha helped me and was incredible! She was friendly, non pressuring and a pleasure to work with! Got me the payment I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect when I left the lot. She followed up to make sure everything was great. I will never use another salesman besides her and highly recommend her to help you in your process as well!

Our son was buying his first new truck which is a big investment for him. He settled on truck that was not exactly what he wanted (he was actually requesting a transfer from another dealer). The main things he was looking for were it being a V8, 4x4. The salesperson gave him the choice of 3 different trucks to stay around the same payment. Unfortunately they weren't careful and sold him a V6, which he absolutely did not want. By the time we got home on Saturday and he realised it was a V6 they were already closed. Monday morning he and my husband went back in to talk over the situation. We appreciate the fact that they knew it was their error and were willing to take the V6 back and work out a new sale for a V8. He is very happy with his truck now and again we appreciate that they were willing to work with him (so he will be happy with it as he will be paying it off for a long time!). Thank you

Very poor! Took my brand new 2016 Ram 3500 Big Horn Cummins diesel which I bought from them in to get an oil change, and fuel filter. The vehicle came out with a large scratch above the headlight. Service department, wet sand and dabbed paint where it ate down to the bare metal on the hood. Only offered a free detail, when I went to collect on that they wouldn't offer a comparable vehicle. I was told vehicle would be fast tracked. When I called two hours later to pick it up because I needed it for work it had not even been touched. You would assume that there would be better customer care with the cost of vehicles these days. I almost forgot but they also never reset the fuel filter life in the computer when they changed it.

Came in for warranty work on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler had a issue with the front axle. Took a month to get fixed. Kept being told parts were on back order and then when they came in the one and only guy who can work on it was off work. Once he got back to work they realized a part wasn't ordered so they say and had to wait another week for it to come in. I find this hard to believe that they would forget to order a 20$ bearing when you are replacing everything in the front differential. Every time I called for the last week I was told he's gona get on or it should be done tomorrow. I had to call customer service and file a claim. They called the dealer and the dealer told them that they were working on it and that it would be done by the next day Guaranteed. Even tho when I talked to the dealership they said they weren't able to work on it and that it probably wouldn't even be done the next day. I tried to talk to people in charge but could never get anyone on the phone

Had the lifters and rockers changed out of my avenger. Every one was very nice and courteous. And was done in less than 2 days!

My 4 wheel drive quit working yet again in my 2012 Dodge Ram 2000 miles after a slew of other problems.
After having the 4 wheel drive repaired under the powertrain warranty at Michigan City Dodge the four wheel drive quit working yet again. I figured it was time to start a customer service case with ram customer support. They said I should be able to take it to grieger in Valpo since it was closer and I live in Valpo for inspection and to call them back immediately after making the appointment.
Since this was not my sales location Greigers refused to schedule an appointment for my vehicle. I asked to speak to their service manager who agreed to go on a 3 way call with customer service. Well on the phone with ram customer support. The customer service manager at griegers in Valparaiso started yelling about having a lack of technicians and that I did not purchase the vehicle from there it would need to go to Michigan City to have it serviced. I asked him if this was due to me not buying a vehicle from them which is a No-No because warranty is warranty. He proceeded to freak out and call us myself and customer service liars and hang up.
Ram customer support apologized and said they would issue an email to his general manager and definitely notated it within my case for my issues with my truck.
I'm not new to Ram. I've had a 2004 and a 2008 and my 2012 is the worst vehicle I have ever owned.
With my wife's Lincoln which is the Ford company they get it done always give me another link and in return and have only had a couple recalls.
Chrysler and griegers of Valparaiso are by far the worst dealership and vehicle I have ever experienced.
The lesson I took away from all this as I should have bought a Chevy.
