Regarding the bus service to O'Hare, I have been using it for many years. I think the price is reasonable for what I get: riding rather than driving to O'Hare and having to park while trying to get to the gate on time, an always clean bus, a very comfortable seat, careful and friendly drivers, and being dropped off at my airline. For my return trip the O'Hare Bus Center is easy to get to and the staff are pleasant. The Van Galder buses make my trips much more relaxing and I appreciate it.

The ride to and from Ohare to Rockford was fine, the driver was rude both ways. He is very short tempered and doesn't seem to want to be bothered. I will be calling their corporate office first thing in the morning

What a wonderful, convienent and cost effective way to make sure I don't miss my flight or have to line up family or friends to pick me up at the airport! The price is WELL worth the stress free ride with WiFi and a bathroom. Time to close my eyes and relax before hitting the hustle and bustle of O'Hare ! Highly recommend this for any travelers looking for a relaxing cost effective way to get to and from the airport!!

Always had good experience riding the bus. Only complaint is the price. Vangalder has consistently raised their prices due to gas but hadn't dropped them over the past two years when gas went down. It is now cheaper to drive in to O'Hare even with tolls.

On the evening of December 21st, I tried to purchase a one-way ticket to O'Hare. Not only did I not make the last scheduled trip (e.g., 8:30 pm, are you kidding?!), the woman at the front counter was extremely rude and insensitive (e.g., as I was in the seating area calling for a ride she proceeds to tell me I can't sit there on her shift), instead of wanting to chew her out and cause a scene, I promptly left the facility. Your bus service sucks, and you have given me great reasons not to purchase from your pathetic bus company again.
